He owned the job from the start. The day after we asked for the estimate, he had his subcontractors out surveying the job. The estimate was quick in the turn around, and fair in comparison to the others we had completed. He was punctual and professional. The schedule was well thought out. His team consists of a lot of Amish workers, which we were very happy with the quality of work. Apart from some days they couldn't work due to community obligations, they were reliable and professional. We were extremely happy with John Paglia, and Paglia Homes.

It was phenomenal!! We called three builders to come out to bid the job, one never showed, the other came out once and then bid the job based on the blue prints and took about a month to get back to us. John owned the job from the first day. It took him 2 weeks to bid the job, and had one of his subcontractors with him out at the site everyday to get their direct input to the bid. He acted as if he had the job before he had the job. We worked together to finalize the design and cost. He scheduled his subcontractors so that there were no long delays between tasks, any material that was ordered was there for each subcontractor to install on time. The quality of the job was incredible, and the finishes were amazing. He recommended an interior that helped with the final touches, and it looks amazing. The job was bid without any increases due to change orders unless it was a design change we asked for. There was additional work that we requested at the beginning of the job to be included in the contract, and was able to negotiate some 'extra's'. Although, John is a custom home builder, he was more than willing to our custom addition, and he is helping us with our renovations to the main house. The bid was right inline with the other one, and any premiums paid was totally worth it based on the time in which the job was completed. I can't recommend him more.
