F & D HOME IMPROVEMENT

We had our roof and gutters replaced just about 2 years ago and have had nothing but trouble and very poor service from the owner Frank. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met for a business man. Originally the roof looked fine until the rainy season came which brought a huge water spot in the middle of our dining room. The gutters were also installed improperly and the water coming off the roof runs right over the gutters. We kept calling and calling him with no calls being returned. This past winter was the worst. According to the original estimate there was supposed to be 6 ft of ice guard around whole parameter of roof. Now we have an insurance claim for almost $7000.00 for water and ice damage to the inside of our condo. We have repeatedly called the owner and he keeps telling us he will be out to fix the roof that according to two other roofers the valleys were not installed properly being too short therefore allowing water to come into the house. I have never heard of this much ice and water damage on a brand new roof. I will never recommend him to anyone and he should be removed from Angie's list. I did not get his name and number off of Angies List but noticed he was on so I thought I should give other people a heads up to avoid this company!!!!!

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL CREW FOR WINDOWS AND SIDING. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID THE WORK PROMISED, AND CLEANED UP WHEN FINISHED. THE HOME WAS TRANSFORMED!
