Dilauro's Tree Service

Dan and his crew removed 3 large trees from our property over 2 days. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They left the job site very clean, only leaving behind smaller parts of the tree that we requested. Only complaint is Dan did not come when he said (no fault of his own, due to weather), but was not good about following up when they would be here. We were then told they would come but give a day or two warning, which they did not. They just showed up. Having said all that, we will definitely hire Dan and his crew again. That was just a little complaint for a job very well done. Very friendly group of guys. Also, Dan was very honest about a tree we thought needed to come out but he said it was very healthy and did not. Appreciated that - he didn't try to just get more money out of us.

My Maple tree is at least 40 feet high and it hadn't been pruned in 18 years. I received several quotes and decided to use Dilauro's Tree Service. They performed a full trim and thinned out the tree. They removed all the brush and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

It went fine overall. They did the work when we weren't here and the quality of the work was pretty good. The price was very reasonable, they finished quickly and cleaned up nicely.

Great. They were easy to work with, returned my call and stopped by promptly to look over the job. They stopped by about 2-3 weeks later to perform the work. I received the bill in the mail about a week after the work was completed. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I have eleven shade trees in yard and will get a proposal next year from Dan in regards to trimming/pruning all eleven trees. Dan stated that it will be about eight hours of labor. Dan is now based in Chesterland.

Quick response to request for estimate. Provided a reasonable timeframe to complete work, due to recent storm. However, Dan was able to start work sooner. Reasonable pricing. Removed damaged tree limbs from a smaller tree at no charge. Completed all other work as agreed, and cleaned up and removed all debris. Very pleased with Dan's work and would definitely use service again, if needed.

We called on a Thursday for an estimate and Dan was out the next day. He looked at the yard and gave us a written estimate about 5 min. later. We called back the following Monday to say we would like them to do the job and Dan said they would be in the area the next day and might be able to fit us in. They showed up, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished in a couple of hours. We were amazed at how well they cleaned up. There were no twigs, no saw dust, no leaves, nothing! One man even trimmed a few branches off another tree that was not a part of the estimated job. I have already recommended this company to a friend and to a neighbor. They do excellent work for a very reasonable price!

Dan and his crew did a terrific job. The quality of their work was excellent. I asked him to cut back more of one tree and he did so with no grief. They cleaned up thoroughly and their price was very competitive and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Dan and his crew were quick, professional, and very courteous. He was quick to respond to our call, they did a great job removing the tree, and left the yard as clean as when they came. The price was excellent, too.

Mr Delauro responded promptly to my initial call for an estimate. He came out at the time promised. He was polite and knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He performed the work in a timely manner. If the yard did not look so good I would not of known he was there. The yard was cleaned up after the job was completed. Job well done! The trees looked very nice! I was very pleased.

Dan arrived on time for estimate appointment, took careful notes as we walked the property and wrote out detailed estimate before leaving. A few weeks later the crew came and did all of the work expected and discussed on the original walk through. Nothing was overlooked or skipped. They cleaned up and removed all debris. Other than the trees looking so nice you would not know they had been there.

I don't have a higher comfort level with using them for any of their landscape and tree service work. They were very professional. They came up here, quoted a price and stuck with it. Asked for additional service, provided additional service, reasonable, highly recommended.

Excellent service. Responded to phone calls quickly. Kept appointments and work schedule. Called to discuss changes, i.e tree we wanted was over budget and he recommended something similar within the budget. We highly recommend.

DiLauro's was great. They provided a quote when they said they would, and were the most competitive of the three quotes we received. They performed the work earlier than they informed me they would, and they even cleaned up some additional tree debris in a corner of the yard. The trees look great. They left our yard cleaner than they found it. We highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Mr. DiLauro's service. He came to our house on a Sunday, gave a detailed written estimate, and the work was done even before he estimated he would have time in his early Summer schedule.

Good, friendly crew who took their time and got the job done right. Did not try to raise his price even though the job was more extensive than they originally thought. Offered to cut logs into usable firewood for us. Had small mishap running over a few of my neighbors flowers with a fallen limb. Fortunately my neighbor was understanding.

Dan came out while I was not home to do the estimate and left paperwork at the house. Response was within several days of my call. I had some additional questions so we scheduled an appointment to discuss my needs in person. I left work early on a Friday afternoon to meet Dan and when I got home there was a message that they had been out earlier that day and left some additional details about the job. I immediately called and said that I still wanted them to keep their appointment as I wanted to give specific instructions about the trimming. I received a call on Monday morning and Dan told me that he didn't return my call on Friday because he had finished up for the day, despite our 4 pm appointment! He didn't even apologize for my inconvenience (having to leave work early) or acknowledge that I still wanted to discuss in person the job.

Mr. Dilauro was pleasant and professional, and he gave me a detailed estimate. The date for performing the work was pushed back a bit but all the items were completed as promised, and they left my yard clean.

My experience with DiLauro's Tree Service was very satisfactory. I will definitely use DiLauro's Tree Service for future forestry work, and I recommend them to my friends. They completed the work on time and on budget. They were personable, skilled professional and careful not to do damage to lawn & surroundings. Call them for an estimate!

It is so rare today to find someone that calls back, arrives on time, explains all his work, is polite and a joy to work with. I have already recommended Dan to a neighbor and a friend who needs some work done. He is in the process of moving and his new address is in Chesterland. His new number is 440-729-0055. I CALLED DILAURO'S FOR AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS PROVIDED AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OWNER. AFTER COMPARING ESTIMATES (AND ONCE MOST OF THE LEAVES HAD FALLEN DOWN) I CONTACTED DAN VIA VOICE MAIL AND LEFT A MESSAGE REQUESTING THAT THE WORK BE DONE. THE COST WAS JUST AS THE ESTIMATE INDICATED, PLUS APPLICABLE TAX. I WAS WAITING FOR A REPLY WHEN I RECEIVED THE INVOICE FOR PAYMENT IN THE MAIL, AND ONLY THEN NOTICED THAT THE WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED AS DISCUSSED.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN ON VERY SHORT NOTICE TO ACCOMMODATE SOME CONCRETE WORK THAT I HAD SCHEDULED. THEY WERE ON-TIME AND DID A GREAT CLEAN-UP JOB.
