We signed a contract with Jeffrey Lawrence, the owner, to install a patio, deck and pergola in September 2012. Work was to be completed in roughly 3 months time per the contract. Within days of when work was supposed to start, Mr. Lawrence contacted us that he would need another week due to a family situation. We were understanding, even as this situation perpetuated more delays. We struggled to get responses to emails and phone calls throughout the next six months. When we did hear from Mr. Lawrence, he was apologetic and made commitments on when work would be finished. These commitments were not kept. Close to a year later we filed in court to get our money back for work not completed. The judgement was in our favor, but it has been almost 5 months and we have not received payment on the judgement. Subsequently, our city sited Mr. Lawrence for several items that did not pass inspection. This matter has been referred to the city's mayoral court as Mr. Lawrence has not responded.

The driveway is beautiful! We worked closely with Jeff Lawrence, the owner. They were very pleasant to work with and did a nice job. They were punctual and cleaned up very well after themselves. They replanted grass where they had to dig it up and replaced the stone in our beds as well. They did a very nice job!

Did an excellent job. His estimate was accurate. Very detailed; he outlined everything that he would do. He included landscaping and clean up. I'm very impressed with the man.
