Chagrin Mills Painting

My only complaint is the owner does not promptly return phone calls. I love all the work they do. Their workmanship, quality and price is wonderful for the wallet, however it is frustrating to wait days for a phone call to be returned. That being said, when the call IS finally returned, questions are answered and/or an appointment is made for someone to come to the home if there are any problems. This past spring a tree fell against my home damaging the corner of the new gutters. I called them to check the roof for damage. They came by, cut down the tree, checked the roof, (fortunately, there was none on the roof) and straightened out the gutter. I will use them again because they are honest and work hard. I think they sometimes over extend themselves because they want to help too many people which then creates a situation with too much work and not enough hours in the day to complete it on time. But again, they do beautiful work when finished.

They are extraordinary. They provide extremely good service at very reasonable prices. They make sure everything is done professionally and accurately. They aren?t the quickest bunch because they like to do everything right. They are very good; it is a very talented group of individuals that work together. The work on the roof was awesome. They were recommended by my insurance agent, and I have recommended them to my neighbors. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
