+ -1 moreAll work was done over a six day period. The digging was very difficult at the corner of the house because all utilities entered the house in that corner, so much hand digging was needed there. Also the one side of the house only had a 3 foot setback which meant much care had to be taken to avoid undo damage to our neighbor's property. The machine digging was done carefully and minimum damage occurred. I was very happy with the regrading and replanting at the end of the job.
Description of Work: Dug down to footers on two sides of house, approximately 48 feet, and replaced damaged footer drains and damaged gutter drains. Tied new drains into existing system of drains. Installed cleanouts in several locations. Repaired cracks in walls, applied parging, and epoxy wall sealer. Backfilled with gravel to within 12" of finished grade. regraded areas of construction, and applied grasssead to damaged lawn areas. Also planted new foundation shrubs and a tree which had to be replaced ( this was in addition to the original scope of the contract).
