The job took almost a year longer than ecpected. He had guys on the job that were on drugs and never showed up to work hutch as they call him comes on as he knows what hes doing but hes as lazy as his workers are if you ever see him at all. He would say ill be out today but youll never see him as he and his wife are flying in their private plane to the smokey mountains or where he wants to go on your hard earned money. Do not trust this man he will never do what he says and will take you for whatever he can. He will try to maje you sign papers and try to fool you stay away from now construction please .

Mr. Hutchinson did not show up the following week. I called him, got his voice mail. Left him a message. Called his office, again leaving him a message. I would email him and he would promise to show up the next day. This went on until the first of June. Finally my daughter reached a man by the name of Adam, that worked for Hutch, as Mr. Hutchinson likes to be called. He was shocked at the the low price but agreed that the work would get done. Hutch promised if the shower was not started by a certain date he would refund not only the deposit but the money I paid for the water heater. Well, the men sure did show up. They worked for two whole days. Installing a 6 inch platform for the shower to sit on so they would not have to jack hammer the concrete. The installed the bottom of the shower. They installed the back. I was told, I have to go to another job tomorrow but I will be back. Well that was over a month ago. So far, I have been lied to too about the walls not coming with the bottom and back, I have been ignored, I have been cussed, and told, JUST SUE ME and have had to call other plumbers in to try to get an estimate. Because the job has been started, other plumbers don't want to touch the job. As soon as they heard the company was NOW Construction, they just shook their heads and said, "You got took." I have finally found a man that and his helper willing to take on the job and should have my shower by the end of the month. OH BY THE WAY, the employees of NOW, had the shower opening right where the tankless hot water heater is. The wall they build has to be taken down and put on the side of the water heater because water vapor can cause problems. The gas line is right next to an electrical socket, IT SHOULD BE A GFI SOCKET. IF you are even thinking of hiring them, get ready to argue, fight, and scream to get the work done.

Horrible. Don't use these guys. I had work done using my home warranty. Unfortunately, these were the only plumbers on their list. They insist on payment up front, then tell you they have to get supplies and disappear for days. Multiple phone calls and lots of lost time later, they finally came and did the repairs. I have a second repair I have been waiting on for the past week. These are minor repairs. Unfortunately, because I am trying to use my home warranty to pay for the repairs, I am stuck with these guys. Definitely rethinking my home warranty for next year since saving a few dollars is NOT worth the frustration of dealing with incompetents like Now Plumbing.

Owner responded very quickly and visited the site to give us an estimte... the crew came ready to work about 10 days later and worked from early morning till mid afternoon and completed the job in approx 3 work days...a crew of 5 guys..very courteous and knowledgable of their job...clean up was also completed.

As stated above, on 5-27-08, "Now Service Pro's" worker (Mike) came out for a service call on a "Heat Pump" for our friend, Mrs. Metzdorf who lives in Huntington WV. My wife who was visiting with Mrs. Metzdorf was present when all the following transpired . Mike the worker from NOW SERVICE PRO"S proceeded to walk to the back of the home and examine her Heat Pump, he came back and told Mrs. Metzdorf that her Outside Heat Pumps Compressor was burned out. She informed him that she thought the warranty was still good on the unit, as it had been installed around a year earlier. He said it's not under warranty and Mrs. Metzdorf who was 83 years old at that time was deceived and lied to. This guy Mike then proceeds to tell her I can do 2 things to fix the problem. (1) Put in parts and a new Compressor for $1500.00 or put in a New Heat Pump for $3000.00. Our friend believing her Heat Pumps Compressor was burned out and it being extremely hot at that time decided to go ahead and replace the Heat Pump. After the Heat Pump was installed, Mrs Metzdorf who gives a lot of money to Food Banks, Good Will, Etc, informed the worker from Now Service Pro's that she wanted him to leave the replaced Heat Pump in her back yard as she wanted to give it to a Charitable Organization. This guy Mike went out to his truck and must have called his boss, for when he came back in he informed her if you keep the replaced Heat Pump you will have to pay us another $500.00 as there is a "CORE CHARGE" on it. Again our friend believed the lie told her by the NOW SERVICE PRO'S Worker, and he hauled off the replaced Unit. Upon discovery that the Unit was still under warranty, and that there is no "CORE CHARGES" on Heat Pump Units, and that our friiend had been told nothing but lies, acting as Mrs. Metzdorfs agent I proceeded to file for Damages in "Cabell County, West Virginia. Case Number: 08-C-1474 Dated: 06-05-08 "Now Service Pro's was served on 06-16-08, they never appeared in Court on the appointed date. Judgment was rendered and stated: (Def. JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF PLT-IN AM. $3680.00 & CC $100.00) No payments has been made on this "Civil Action" as of todays date that I am aware of. It might be noted that I personally contacted the: West Virginia Attorney Generals Office, seeking information if other complaints had been filed against "Now Service Pro's" she informed me that there was 5 other complaints against them at that time, which was on 06-04-08. I also contacted the Attorney Generals Office today 5-31-13 and was told there is 3 complaints against them as of this date. Hey folks use some common sense and stay away from a Company that will ROB and CHEAT Old Widows out of their money. This was the worst business experience in my entire life; After paying them more than $70,000 and four months of lousy work we ended up firing them. They never completed the work and yet dare to ask for more money? yes after paying them $70,000 to do extensive poor and unnecessary made-up work they want more. We have complained to the OH attorney general and BBB (you should check thier records) and we are taking them to court
