DAVID FREEMAN HEATING & AC

They installed a completely new system in my parents house a couple years ago. I had a different company come to service it after I could not get a hold of Dave Freeman. The servicer who came informed me that the complete system was not up to code. The venting was not large enough for the house and that the system should be replaced. I contacted another company for a 2nd opinion and they confirmed the problem. I then called and actualyl got a hold of Freeman - They sent over a tech who was could not read!!! I called them back again and was told off by Freeman!!! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY

WE ARE RETIRED AND NOT EASY TO GET UNDER THE HOUSE..I DIDN'T INSPECT WORK WHEN COMPLETED ..TRUSTED THAT THEY DID WORK I PAID FOR.. MONTHS LATER I HAD TO OPEN CRAWL SPACE DOOR AND SAW DUCT WK EXACTLY AS IT WAS BEFORE.. CHECKED MY INVOICE AND IT WAS UNITEMIZED SO I HAVE NO PROOF WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID FOR.

It was a very cold winter and the heating/cooling unit went out. We had delayed in getting a new unit as everyone else's estimates had been extreme and off the charts. David came in, looked at the job and gave us a wonderful price. He brought in his whole team who worked hard and diligently to put in complete new air ducts and returns. They did so with expertice and neatness. The lowest bid we had before David Freeman was $10,000.00 up to $40,000.00 so his $6,500.00 bid was a welcome relief. He is going to do another house for us this next week. Once again I am impressed with his expertise, professionalism, and kindness.
