 + -1 moreMr. Pemberton was punctual. He was professional and very thorough. He investigated the entire house inside and out, top to bottom. He provided a very detailed report which we used to negotiate the price on our house due to repairs that were determined to be needed. It also gave my wife and I a good place to start on a list of things we would like to have done to the property to make it what we want. I was very pleased with his services.
Description of Work: I needed a complete home inspection on a home I was buying.

 + -1 moreVery personable and thorough. Showed me the items that had problems and explained why there was a problem with that particular item. Wrote a very detailed report on inspection.
Description of Work: Home and pest inspection... outside... roof, spouting, foundation, well... inside... overall home construction, basic electric, basic plumbing, furnace, water heater, central air, attic, crawl space. Found evidence of wood eating beetles and forwarded pictures. Wrote a reference to home-owner and realtor on what was a necessity to be repaired before purchase.

It was a breeze to call and schedule an appointment for the following week. Mr. Pemberton was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond in giving my husband information about our home. He was exactly what we wanted in a home inspector. His inspection and report was comprehensive. We couldn't be more pleased.
