About us

With our showroom located in downtown Chardon we are committed to giving the best quality service to those in our local and surrounding communities. We have been in the business for nearly 60 years starting with my grandfather then my father. I had always worked alongside both of them when I was young. I decided to take this business on when I got married and started having a family because it was something I was passionate and knowledgeable about. Customer satisfaction and working with my local community are the two things I am most fervent about. With an A+ BBB rating we only do our best work for our customers.

I didn't expect to be excited about a sliding glass door. Once they were installed, they looked better than the French doors they replaced! The staff was wonderful to work with and cleaned up after themselves. i would highly reccommend them!

I only needed one window replaced, and that would have been more costly than it was worth for me and the company. Customer service was good, just not the right fit for either of us. If I had a bigger job, with multiple windows needing to be replaced, I would call them back.
