+ -1 moreThe independent contractor that they used was extremely knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and prompt. He described everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. Cleaned up afterwards and even showed me how to send in the warranty card.
Description of Work: Remove old and install new gas powered hot water tank.

+ 3 moreI had a problem with the contractor who did the granite countertop, but the product itself was very nice. The installation did not go well. I called them and told them and they know that, but they didn't respond at all. The damage I was looking at is still damaged. The windows and doors were about $11,000 and the countertops were about $7,000. We thought the pricing was very good because we did look around. Their punctuality was very good. I would consider going to Home Depot, but I wouldn't want to use the same subcontractor.
Description of Work: We got all our windows and doors from The Home Depot in Chardon. They subcontracted out the installation and it was very well done. We also got our granite countertop from them.

Description of Work: We had two homes recarpeted. The Kirtland home was approx. $3,000 for the whole home in 5/09 and our new Timberlake home was for 3 bedrooms was approx. $1,500 or $1,600 in 8/09.
