So many things to rave about. When I saw all the 5 star reviews I asked Rob if he was willing to go out of his usual service area for me - Yes. Answered my initial call promptly and returned every email or call quickly. Best price of the 3 quotes I got, including big box store. High quality door and opener - solid and very quiet. Installation was completed by Rob himself just 1 week after initial call. Very satisfied and highly recommend Ohio Door.

Ohio Door installed a garage door at my home in a timely fashion. They were very professional and had no hidden costs. The service went good & fast , my torsions spring broke & he installed a new one & replaced some garage door hinges that seemed worn out & lube the track & fixed the garage door opener . Rob was very polite & very knowledgeable & knew what to do instantly .

Great Service!!

I called Rob around 8:45am and he was able to give me same day appointment at 4:00pm. He was professional and replaced both springs, drums, and cables. I was able to send him pictures of the sticker specs and he was able to get the correct supplies and finish it that day instead of coming back the next day. He also lubed up the chains and roller pins. I will definitively hire him again and pass his company along to friends and family.

Rob arrived on time and even called because he could be here earlier than arranged. He inspected the door, lubed the springs, wheels and the opener track. He adjusted the opener to help maintain proper tension on the cables. Took less than 30 minutes. Very professional. Will hire again when ready to install new door.

I called at 8:30 in the morning and he gave me a 4:00 same day appointment. He arrived 5 minutes early. He replaced the torsion spring and greased the door hinges and rollers. He was quick and professional. On the garage door opener, he removed a twist in the chain by reinstalling it and adjusted the bottom limit switch.

Called on a Sunday, showed up a few hours later.
