He suggests multiple options, even if you would need a different type of contractor to perform them. John has done numerous repairs at my home, and I am happy with his work.

John is the man!! We have a plumber for life. My kids broke the handle on the bathtub faucet and John came out promptly and had is fixed within an hour. He is courteous, professional and does exactly what you need done. Thanks John!

John diagnosed the problem. Determined that only a rubber ring was required rather than replacing a much more expensive part. He was able to locate the necessary part nearby. The toilet was fixed quickly and there have been no further issues.

John responded promptly and was out here the next day. He cut a hole in the ceiling and repaired the leaky trap. I will definitely keep his name on file as was prompt, direct and fairly priced. My only complaint(and it really has nothing to do with John) is that there is still a hole in my ceiling b/c i cannot get a hold of a drywalled to have it repaired.

John was great! He was able to come out within a few hours of our call. He not only fixed our leaking toilet but also offered advice on an unrelated plumbing issue that we were having with our washer drain. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We will definitely hire him again and would feel very comfortable about referring him to our family friends.

John came out and was able to fix our leaking toilet. He did not overcharge and was even helpful in explaining the issue and how he thought it should be fixed laying out a couple of options. He braved the Northeast Ohio weather in one of the worst snow storms in recent memory and still made it to the appointment even after his truck broke down. The guy is a trooper!

John performed this replacement wonderfully. He was on time and had it replaced quickly. We have used John for replacing leaky water valves in our basement. The job was done very well. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing work.

It went well and the problem was identified quickly and an estimate was provided. He worked in a tight space (closet) and fixed the problem expeditiously! I would call him again if I have any further plumbing needs! A job well done!

We had a new solid surface counter top and sink installed which requires installing a new faucet, drain, and trap. We called John on Friday morning. John answered the phone right away and was very pleasant and professional. We explained that the installers were coming on Monday afternoon to install our countertop and sink. We asked John if he would be able to come out first thing Tuesday morning to install the kitchen sink faucet and hook up the dishwasher. He said he would be here at 9am Tuesday morning! Tuesday morning John called us at exactly 9am to say that he was running just a few minutes late, but that he was on his way. He arrived at 9:05, assessed the situation and got right to work. John was friendly, professional. We couldn't be happier. The entire job took about an hour. While John was here, we asked him to go into the basement and look at our hot water heater. John let us know what the cost of a new heater would be and said when we are ready, he would be happy to come out and install it for us. We are thrilled. We will definitely be calling John for our future plumbing needs. If I could give him an A++++, I would.

I called John first thing in the morning & was surprised when he answered the phone directly. We spoke breifly & he was able to fit the job in his schedule by the afternoon. He called before he came out to let me know to expect him. Once here, he quickly assessed the situation and went to work. He took care to put a drop cloth down in front of the sink & efficiently worked and completed the job. The entire process was good. I would definitely call John again with future plumbing needs.

We gave John a call (after normal hours) after noticing a wet area in the ceiling of a closet on the first floor of our house - the closet is underneath a second floor bathroom. John was out promptly the following day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem -water leaking from a toilet. He replaced the wax ring, but also made sure the toilet was level. It had been slightly off level which apparently caused our problem in the first place. I would highly recommend John's Plumbing.
