Description of Work: Mr. Hart helped me with the installation of a roof vent for our kitchen microwave. He performed all roof level work including: Cutting a 7" hole through the roof, modifying the roof shingles to accept the vent, installing the roof vent and applying roof cement and roofing nails to the vent and shingles. I performed all indoor duct work.

+ -1 moreMr. Hart called in advanced to set up a time to do the work. He arrived on time and started the work. He answered all of my questions satisfactorily as the work progressed. He performed the work excellently, including area clean-up.
Description of Work: Mr. Hart examined my sky lights due to one leaking. He found the flashing on two sky lights installed incorrectly. He quoted $1000 to reinstall the flashing correctly, including new shingles and ice guard. Even though he suspected ice guard was not installed on the third sky light, he recommended not repairing it at this time.
