County-Wide Replacement Windows

County-Wide was recommended to me by a friend of my parents. The estimate that Rob gave me for the windows and installation was less than half of the estimate from the big window companies! I was glad to have the project done under my budgeted amount. The windows look great and I can open them with one hand! The installers were friendly and extremely helpful. My pull-down shades in the bedrooms could not be put back in the same place. (The inside of the window frame is now much smaller.) Two of the guys went out to get new brackets, and they installed the shades above the windows. They didn't have to take the extra time to do that, but they did and I am very grateful.

To say County-Wide did a great job on our windows and doors would be an understatement. The entire team was incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt. We considered some of the bigger window companies and are so happy we went with County-Wide. We were able to have the entire project done with the exact same materials in a few short weeks at a significantly lower price. We'd recommend County-Wide to anyone!

Everything went very well.

From the estimate (he was only one that brought samples to see) to scheduling and installation. They did a great job. Cleaned up as they went along did the trim and hauled the old windows away.

I contacted 6 sliding glass door contractors. Country-Wide was the last one to visit for the quote. By now I had been more than educated about the state of the art in s.doors. When Rob presented his quote he was very professional and honest. He showed me materials they use to fill around the door. The type of glass (triple pane) and the benefits of krypton gas. All in all Rob was a good salesman and he guaranteed he was the lowest price on the door we wanted. After checking with a contractor who quoted us lower price but with a different gas (Zion). Robs price was still a $100.00 less. We agreed on terms and he emailed a contract the next day. He stated the aprox. time frame for making the door at his distributor (6 weeks to possible install date). After a month I contacted them for an update and they said the door was in. I sent up an install date for 10 days and all this fell in the 6 week time frame. On June 3rd his workers showed on time and got right to work. I failed to get their names but both gentleman were kind and friendly. They put down tarps on my carpet and 5 hours later my new door was in. I watched as much as I could as to not get in their way. They did exactly what Rob said and the door was beautiful. They cleaned up all the residue, explained the lock system and care of the door. They even patched a hole in my shutter area. The end result was more than I expected. A very professional installation on a very high quality door. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Country-Wide for any sliding door problems you have. They did a good job on the installation and were very clean. We are happy with the quality of the door; however, we had Service come out a month later to install additional weather stripping between the bottom of the doors. Rob was very responsive scheduling this repair with the door company. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I actually called them about my windows but they do roofing too. They were available, they had a quick response, and they were able to start on my roof within a month. I worked with the owner and I thought he was thorough and trustworthy. It was a totally different experience with him than it was with the bigger companies. I would absolutely use them again.

Rob and his team are honest and reliable and I look forward to having them replace the rest of our windows and doors once the money is saved. Rob's price for Pella windows was less than the quote from the local Pella retailer. In fact, I believe we were able to have Rob paint and install the windows for the same price Pella wanted to charge us just for installation. They carry a variety of price points, and there is no pressure to buy the top of the line. In fact, Rob has advised us against spending money on certain things where others probably would have taken advantage of us as new homeowners. With one of the windows and our front door, there was considerable rot and insect damage discovered at the time of installation. The crew removed and replaced sheathing, window frames, etc., to ensure that everything was "made right" before the new windows and doors were installed. This extra work did not result in any increase in the final bill. Many others in our neighborhood have also used this company for siding/window/door & roof replacements.

Good install. Couple windows had small cracks after install in cold. They noticed, ordered replacements, and promptly replaced the imperfect ones.

It went extremely well. Installation was quick. They finished trim around outside of window was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. This is the 2nd time I have used this company!

Met Mike Barnheart salesman at booth at Twinsburg Home Days. Explained what we wanted above but were concerned on whether it could be done due to load bearing wall. Mike came with owner Rob to check situation. Both thought it could be done, but Rob had a structural person additionally come and check. He agreed was not an issue. Single solid wood door was replaced with double French door. Work/Cleanup was excellent, you would not know the French Doors had not been there when home built. Throughly enjoying the added light this provides for our bedroom. Would highly recommend this company to all.
