+ -1 moreVery reasonable and absolutely perfectionist. Listened to exactly to what we wanted, and went above the call of duty. He did have a couple of calls during his work with me, and he let me know that he would need to put in a well pump for customer the next day. We kept in touch with each other so we knew when work was going to be done. Very reasonable price, very professional and experienced father and son team, written quote, paid half up front and balance at the end, and receipt. I felt very safe, even though I was living by myself, going through a tough divorce, but the work had to be done, to put the house on the market, in the spring. Very clean and neat, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: They updated 2 full bathrooms and 2 half-baths with new toilets, sinks and countertops. a new cast iron bathtub that I love, finished the shower that my husband had started to install. New ceramic floor tiles in the two full baths, wainscoating half way up the walls, new kitchen faucet, new subway tile on walls around the tub. His son re-built and re-seated a custom corner toilet in the basement half-bath (and we didn't even ask him to do that), just asked for a new wax seal! They had no problem with me doing what I wanted, to keep costs down, for example, the cabinets were still very good, but just needed a fresh coat of paint, and I like to paint. Samples were provided to choose colors.
