Bill cancelled plans with his family to come out immediately on a Saturday afternoon. What I thought to be a burst pipe was actually a leaky drain and a frozen pipe. He warrantied a cartridge in my Moen faucet that was not originally installed by him. He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me the old parts, he even offered to shovel snow over my open crawl space vents to help the wind from blowing in and adding to the freezing. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had issues with my water tank. Bill first impressed me by having a conversation, kind of a water tank 101, information I needed to make a decision. It's easy to recommend Bill Conti Plumbing because he was prompt, courteous, professional & stayed in touch. Rates are reasonable & the final invoice did not exceed the quote he had willingly provided.

Let's face it, most people don't like contractors or attorneys? The primary reason is because they always feel financially taken advantage of and it never seems that you receive what you get charged for (which is always higher than the estimate). I've known Bill for many years and if used him loyally as a plumber for both commercial projects as well as my residential needs. He is one of the very few contractors that I can honestly say is not only an expert at his trade but gentleman and quality person. If you're in need of a plumber the above endorsement should be enough for you to give Bill a call however if you want to know about this recent job keep reading.... In 2013 I purchased a home which was approximately 25 years old, fortunately the previous owners built the home and spared no expense with fixtures and appliances. Even the best will still need maintenance including all of the Kohler fixtures in this house. The previous owners kept the receipts for the bathroom faucets which were $1025 apiece, Kohler offers a lifetime guarantee on parts so it would be ludicrous to replace something that we can repair. Problem is, Kohler fixtures like many of their comparable competitors, require an expert to take apart and reassemble. This is not junk that you buy at Home Depot. My experience with Kohler was a nightmare, they put you through a torturous process of sending replacement parts (at no cost) one piece at a time to minimize their expense. Bill had to come out to Aurora three times only to find that additional parts were required in order to repair my leaking faucets. Bill picked up his cell phone and called Kohler directly, he completely took control of the situation and dealt with the technical support team to determine what parts were needed so that he did not have to keep coming back out and spending my time and money unnecessarily. Since Bill was coming back out one last time I purchased three special order toilets (most places only stock of white and I needed Allmond :) which I picked up and had waiting for him when he showed up on January 20. Let me cut to the chase? Not only is Bill excellent plumber but he saves me a TON of money. If something doesn't need to be replaced he'll tell you, if it does he'll give you the option of getting it yourself so he doesn't have to charge you to purchase something that you can do on your own. Because most companies will deliver right to your home you can leave it in your garage (water heater, toilets, softener, etc.) and he'll bring in and install it for his hourly rate. Here's the best part... If you look above you'll see that I was charged $380 for installation and removal of three toilets, repair to a kitchen sink and replacement of the spray nozzle (courtesy of Kohler). I bumped into well-known plumbing company at Home Depot and asked how much they would charge for a Glacier Bay dual flush toilets installed.... They wanted $375 per toilet! I paid the same price for this entire project then one of the well-known plumbing companies that you see driving around quoted me for one toilet. I would strongly recommend Bill Conti and will continue to use him for all of my plumbing needs until the day he retires.

Bill was punctual and thorough. He did what he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. I was very comfortable letting him work on the house while I was away. Job well done.

I have used Mr. Conti before for other repairs. He is friendly, informative, and efficient. He was unable to come when we originally scheduled but he called in advance to let me know. I always learn something from him for the future.

He arrived on time and got right on the job. He is very neat. When he finished, he cleaned up. He is very detail oriented. The faucet is working great since he has put it in and he is reasonable priced.

Bill came out on the same day to fix an emergency situation due to a broken pipe. He was able to fix it without tearing up the floor, which was great! The thing that is great about Bill is how he takes the time to explain things and answer questions. He also gave us some advice on what may need to be done in the future for our house, which is good to keep in mind. He also does not try to take your money- he helps us make decisions that will minimize our costs. He is also very good with kids! I am having him come out again this week to put in a garbage disposal and talk about putting in a sump pump after a recent flooding in our basement. Since I moved here to an old home in Shaker Heights 2 years ago I have probably used Bill half a dozen times and have always been very happy with him!

We have used Bill's services several times since our first review and we have always been very pleased with the quality of his work. Prior to this job, he installed a new gas line for us as part of our kitchen remodel. Bill is always courteous and professional and is always willing to offer advice and useful tips. We would highly recommend Bill. His work is excellent and we know we can trust that the job has been done correctly.

The one time Bill actually appeared he did what seemed to be a very professional job. The problem was that he was extremely unreliable at answering phone messages and actually showing up when he said he would. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt - 3 times when he made what seemed to be plausible excuses for his failure to follow through. The bottom line is that if you want a reliable plumber who will come when he says he will, do not count on Bill Conti.

Bill is great to work with. Prompt and professional. All the work performed as planned and cost met his estimate. Took time to explain all the work. Took the time to make sure our outside facets would not go through the softener as to not hurt our garden, plants and lawn over time from the salt. Made sure his work and some prior work by another service group was to code.

During one of our many cold spells this winter, our pipes burst behind our washing machine. Not knowing a plumber, I was given Bill's name by one of my co-workers and I called him in a state of panic. He immediately said he could help. Understandably, Bill had several other calls that day, but kept me informed of his schedule and eased by anxiety. I was shocked at how responsive he was in an emergency situation and how reasonable his charges were. I will be contacting him in the future for other plumbing needs.

Holy cows. Was at my house 2 hours after I made initial call. Timely and cost effective.

We are very pleased with Mr. Conti's work. After moving into new home, we discovered that our sump pump had stopped working late on a Friday night. I left messages with several service providers, and Mr. Conti was the first to respond. He replaced our sump pump in a timely manner before any damage had occurred.

I am extremely pleased with the entire experience with Bill Conti. He was very responsive to our initial request for service and was able to get us on his schedule within a couple of days. He was right on time and quickly and effectively fitted our new waste disposal unit. Bill is very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the operation of the new unit after the installation. I would recommend Bill and will use him again for any plumbing work needed.

I had a leak in one of my copper pipes due to acidic water, so a new pipe was needed. Bill assisted me on a Sunday evening. The space where my water heater and other plumbing is very tight, but Bill brainstormed a way to get the job done.

As always, Mr. Conti was punctual, polite and most importantly, kept his word. And, he did explain that as long as we lived in the house, the faucet had a manufacturer's lifetime warranty. Another detail worth mentioning is even though we purchased the faucet, Mr. Conti contacted the manufacturer himself. That is appreciated!!!!
