Description of Work: Serviced our garbage disposal unit and advised on the date and condition of our hot water heater.

Description of Work: Although I was initially pleased with Bill's work it turned out that he had to come back multiple times because there were problems and leaks and he was not very timely. His prices were very reasonable maybe because of these issues.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly, evaluated the situation and determined that he could not resolve the issue but made recommendations and did not charge for the evaluation.

Description of Work: Bill inspected the kitchen sink area to locate where the water was coming from. Made suggestions to contact manufacturer for replacement, as there is a lifetime warranty, before purchasing a new faucet. Still waiting on the replacement part. Bill has a friendly personality, and I was very impressed and appreciative with his honesty.

Description of Work: Bill installed a new sump pump. Does good work and gave me good info. He is profesional and honest but not cheap. Didn't gouge me just a little on the pricey side. It was worth the money tho.

Description of Work: Run new water line for boiler with new ball valve.

Description of Work: He informed us that Moen parts were free so he ordered them for us and as soon as they arrived he came over and replaced the parts. He also fixed the leaking u tube, and oiled the turn-off taps. Very efficient.

Description of Work: They replaced our outdoor water spicket and completed the job as advertised without charging us anything additionally than the deal we purchased, which was a refreshing surprise.

Description of Work: Bill came to inspect and unplug a slowly draining bathroom sink, after I had another Angie's list plumbing company come and totally block the sink charging me $400 and leaving me with an estimate of nearly $1000 to do the job which would require them to remove the dry wall behind the sink. Bill came and within an hour had completely unblocked the sink and charged us just $135. He is now officially our plumber and I would recommend him with the highest level of enthusiasm and without any reservations.

Description of Work: Right before Thanksgiving, I found myself in need of a new dishwasher. Before shopping around, I checked "Consumer Report" magazine for reliable brands and printed the specs. Correct measurements are very crucial so I relied on Mr. Conti of Bill Conti Plumbing LLC. Mr. Conti pulled out my old dishwasher and checked the measurements and said if I wanted the dishwasher installed before Thanksgiving, he would make it happen. Here it was, close to a holiday being celebrated at my house and at the top of my list . . . NEW DISHWASHER! With specs in hand, I went to a local appliance store and they promised delivery before Thanksgiving. Immediately I called Mr. Conti and he said to call him as soon as it was delivered, which was a Monday evening. Mr. Conti arrived on time Tuesday. In two hours, the dishwasher was installed. For $237, Mr. Conti did the installation and redid the OLD pipes under the kitchen sink. The price also included the previous service call to remove the old dishwasher and for measurements. The eve of Thanksgiving, there was a leak under the sink. I called Mr. Conti and he was at my place in twenty minutes. It was an old valve under the sink which might have to be replaced in the future. So far so good but keeping my fingers crossed it does not leak during Christmas. Mr. Conti was on time, courteous, neat, returned phone calls promptly, and "stands behind his work." Very professional.

Description of Work: Bill Conti Plumbing installed a water saving toilet for us last summer. We recently came back from vacation and the toilet was clogged. We call Bill, he came out, snaked the toilet to removed the clog and didn't charge us a thing - not even anything for gas!

Description of Work: He fixed the bathroom tub drain for the shower to be used and fixed the kitchen faucet as well.

Description of Work: Bill Conti came to fix our backed up shower drain 2 weeks ago. He explained to us what he thought the problem was and he snaked the drain and got it working again. When it backed up again, he came back to fix it again, helped us figure out what we could do to avoid future back-ups, and did not charge us for the 2nd visit.

Description of Work: Checked for a leak from the master bedroom shower. Found leak. Was a lot less costly than another estimate and more efficient in finding the problem. He installed a new shower head and caulked around the shower door until we could get a replacement. Was very helpful in suggestions in how to remedy the problem, non of which included him.
