We were very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Tim was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to our questions. Tim speedily added us to his schedule, because we wanted the work done before the holidays. His crew was trustworthy and aimed to please. Our bathrooms look great!

Tim and the crew from Aurora Remodeling were on time very professional. They used all the proper equipment to minimize the dust and dirt from the drywall. We made a few minor changes. Tim and the crew were always accommodating. The job was complete in a timely fashion. We would definitely use them again.

I asked 3 contractors for detailed estimates of the job. Tim's was the only one that had line item detail. He made a great first impression, and throughout the process of the remodel, he and his crew were nothing but professional, hard-working, easy to deal with. The ceiling soffit by the tub/shower combination was removed as well as the light over the tub. A waterproof tiled shower with beautiful sliding glass doors was built, extending 4 inches beyond the tub. And accent was installed as well as a niche for shampoo, soap, etc. A shower spray was installed as well as a hand-held shower. The vanity countertop was replaced with Cambria Quartz. New double undermount sinks and new faucets were installed. A full wall mirror was removed and replaced with oval mirrors above each sink and a single sconce above each. The vinyl flooring in the bathroom and the carpeting in the adjoining walk-in closet were replaced with Coretec Plus LVP. The walls in the bathroom and closet were painted. A new exhaust fan was installed. There were delays along the way, but that is to be expected when supplies come from different places, for example. My 'drop dead' date was hit. I always knew when the guys would be here. They were very friendly and hard-working. Because they did such a great job on the master bath, I had them do similar work in the second bathroom, although the old tub/shower piece was replaced with a soaker tub and tile up to the ceiling. The cost listed below is the approximate cost of only the master bath.

We did a full kitchen remodel. Went with Aurora Remodeling. They did a great job. It was about a year ago. But even now Tim is very responsive to some minor problems. Highly recommended.

Did a floor to ceiling remodel of kitchen. Tim presented estimate with all the detail. Strong communication throughout work with no surprises. Very pleased with workmanship. Highly recommend Aurora remodeling!!

I gave them an "A" rating because of the fact that they came in close to the estimated price, their workers were trust worthy and the work was better than I had expected. These were the most important factors in my review. The only negative I had was that the job too longer than I had expected. But I would still hire them again because of their quality of work. It was important to me that I would be able to leave them alone in the house when I ran errands, etc.

Pretty well...had a couple of timing hiccups (unexpected, but unavoidable) but the little delays were worth the wait. Quality work. Very professional and courteous. Was a pleasure to work with them.

I have worked with countless contractors and sub-contractors over the years and Tim and his team at Aurora stood out above the rest. Tim is very detailed in his estimates and timing. The workmanship was of the highest quality at a fair price. I cannot stress enough the quality of their services.

Tim is a very conscientious manager who goes to great lengths to make sure that the work is performed well and that his customers are happy with the final product. We most definitely are happy -- we love our new shower. The price was reasonable, and the worker to whom he assigned our project was extremely competent. As is probably typical in this profession, however, various issues arose which pushed back our completion date. Many of the reasons were out of Tim's hands: a worker's sick child, a previously bad plumbing job from an earlier contractor that needed to be fixed before installation could begin, a longer wait time for materials than anticipated, etc. As a result, our job started the first week of October but wasn't fully completed until right before Christmas. (Thankfully, we were able to use our shower before then, since Tim had installed temporary shower curtains until the glass arrived.) During the first two weeks, we needed to leave the house, since we only have one bathroom with a shower. As a result, we had to stay in a hotel, which added to the expense, especially when the timeframe was extended due to the plumbing problem that had been discovered. Despite the time extension, Tim never charged us for the additional labor--he only charged for the additional materials. Also, after the job was completed, Tim made a point to come to the house to perform some paint touch-ups, which hadn't been in the contract.

Very good, personable service. They explained everything they did and if there were any changes that needed to be done. The whole process took over a month. I am very pleased with them and I have recommended them to a friend.

Wonderful! 3 years ago my husband and I purchased an older home in much need of updates. We started with the 2 bathrooms. Mr. Besotes came highly recommended (from a business associate of mine that moved from the Cleveland, OH area). He was extremely professional and attentive. He called us back in under 24 hours and we had our plans in motion. We met to discuss costs and ideas. Mr. Besotes was extremely informative and knowledgeable from everything from outlet covers to ceiling textures and all things in between. The work started when he said to expect it and was finished a day ahead of schedule. My husband and I were so pleased with the results when it came time to remodel the kitchen there was no question on who we would call. Again, Mr. Besotes displayed the same professionalism and punctuality as he did with the previous remodel. Absolutely no questions on who I would recommend to friends and family for their home/business needs. Would love to see his company branch out to Missouri.

My new kitchen is fabulous! Tim and his team from Aurora Remodeling made our kitchen just they way we envisioned! He is friendly, easy to work with and gets the job done. And, his prices beat all the competitors! The place we bought the tile from sent the wrong color. Tim was on it immediately to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Aurora Remodeling

Aurora Remodeling was professional from the very first phone call. We had our basement redone about few years ago and we were so pleased with their work we had them back to do our kitchen and bathroom! After a bad storm, our basement was done for. So we reached out to have work done on it. While talking to Tim we came to the conclusion it would be best to just remodel the whole room. It wasn't a pressured decision or an over the top sales pitch, with the age of our house it just made more sense. Tim worked together with us on our budget amounts and we were able to find a happy medium. After putting our finances in order, we contacted Tim again and extremely helpful in navigating us through the decision making process of creating our wonderful living space. We were so pleased that we reached out to Tim when we decided to have our kitchen and bathroom remodeled.
