Animal-X Nuisance Animal Control

I called animal x because I had an animal defecating on my back deck at night. I had animal x come out and set a trap despite thinking 70 dollars was pretty steep for the job, but I just wanted the animal gone at that point. He was very punctual and polite, and even offered to clean up the feces after everything was said and done. well.. we caught the animal "raccoon" that was hanging around in a couple days, and he was very quick to pick it up and take it elsewhere. however, that is the end of my good experience with this company! it took them a month to send me a bill for their services, and to top it all off...they (unknowing to me) charged 10 dollars to clean up the feces the animal left!! NEVER was I told about a cleanup fee!!! I would have done it IF I known they charged!!! talk about hidden fees! THEN.. it took them another 30 days to cash the check I sent them!! I was worried they didn't receive my payment so I had to call them and ask. do yourself a favor and call someone else for your pest control needs!! I will never deal with them again.

Trapped all the raccoons that had been pestering us.

I found them on Angie's List. My tenants called me and said that they had a raccoon on the roof and that it was throwing garbage at them. He was successful and that is what he does. I have seen him since in my neighborhood and he seems to be a pretty common fixture here in our county. He was there when he said he was going to be there. He was on time and knew what he was doing. He had the equipment available and took care of things to where my tenants with four small children were comfortable with what was going on. He put a trap on the roof and trapped the raccoon. I didn't meet him there but they were comfortable with him and satisfied with the work. I didn't hear from them or him after the fact and he took care of things. That was pretty much what I expected of him. He did fine. I didn't have any problem with the price. He was very responsive and was out there right away. The ony thing he hasn't taken care of is billing me and that I still unfinished.

Ken inspected the house thoroughly and gave advice about animal entry points. He placed live traps outside the house and in some crawl spaces and periodically refreshed the traps. He also removed chipmunks that were caught and released them unharmed and legally. He is very knowledgeable. I expected a much larger bill.

HE NOT ONLY REMOVED SQUIRREL FROM ATTIC, BUT HE ALSO REMOVED SOME BOXES FOR ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. EXCEPTIONAL WORKER. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

VERY NICE AND RESPONSIVE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR PEST REMOVAL.
