As far as customer service. Starbucks has competition. Today, that kind of service is hard to find. The work was done well. I am completely satisfied. It was more expensive than I expected, but it will hold me over until I decide what to do with my floors. Highly recommended.

Michael was meticulous in his work- the seams to the patches are virtually invisible and when these new carpet patches have a little wear you will not be able to tell that they are patches. He took his time achieve the best possible results- I am so happy with the work!

He was very good. very professional Excellent communication in regards to when he was arriving. It didn't take log for him to repair. Only complaints would e pricing and I wasn't aware until he arrived that he would have to use carpet from my closet.

Honest, fast, great communication

We needed to have our carpet stretched in three rooms all adjacent. He got all the lumps out but the seams were very crooked. We asked him to come back and take a look. He agreed that they could be better so he redid the seams. We waited a couple days to vacuum. The seams were much better but not as straight and unnoticeable as the other seams that were not redone. The work will suffice but we think it could have been done better.

Michael fixed a repair that was attempted by another contractor. Michael work was immaculately done. You can't tell the carpet was repaired. He has all the tools & equipment needed. Very punctual & the work wS done quickly. I highly recommend.
