We have a fairly old, and valuable, wool Oriental stair runner in our home. The carpet was showing wear. We asked Michael to find a way to "make the wear go away." We really appreciated the way he approached this task. He carefully thought about the options, discussed them with us and then proceeded to test his approach with a couple of the steps. We were all convinced that it would work, so we gave him the go-ahead. This job involved removing the existing runner, shifting, some tucking, cutting, realigning the pattern and reinstalling. As part of his really apparent commitment to quality, Michael steamed the entire runner before leaving. We now have a stair runner that looks new and clean. We were/are so impressed with his work ethic, professionalism and commitment to quality that we discussed a future, and new, carpet project with Michael. An added bonus is that he is an extraordinarily nice guy.

Michael, was customer friendly and his workman ship was excellent. He was very neat and responded well to my questions.

My puppy tore a couple holes in my new carpet. Michael was able to come out within a couple days to repair them. I was not terribly optimistic but I am amazed. I can't even see where the holes were anymore. If I have any issues in the future, I'll definitely call again.

Michael was great! He sent me a message when he was on his way with an ETA, and came right when he said he would. He worked quickly and was very personable, even put up with my two dogs constantly checking on him. In this day and age it is a rarity to find a company that does what it said it would do. Cardinal Carpet displayed technical expertise and integrity in every aspect of my dealings with them. My home had baseboard heating in it when we bought it a few years ago. We decided to upgrade to HVAC system and remove the old base board heaters. This left about a 2" x 6' gap in my carpet right next to the wall in four different rooms. Cardinal was able to give me as estimate over the phone, a appointment was then set up, and the communication was on point. Once he arrived he went straight to work. His work was fantastic and he even went the extra mile for us when a little extra work needed to be done that wasn't expected. He maybe located way outside Columbus but he will make the drive for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Quality service!
