At first phone contact Paul Werle gave me options and suggestions about where to purchase a faucet assembly for my bathroom sink. Since it was not a really huge job, I did not ask for or receive an estimate on the work. Art was punctual and explained everything he was doing. He pointed out flaws in the downstairs toilet that might eventually require a new toilet. He made sure that I checked out the work he had performed before he left, and he left the fixtures very clean. Very competent and knowledgeable, and very positive. I would call this company again, I felt as though he was willing to explain, recommend and answer questions. The faucet and toilet work like new.

They were neat and clean. They showed up the next day. They did a nice and professional job. They also answered any questions I had. They also explained the process of how they were going to do the repair.

Toilet was clogged. Mr. Werle attempted to "snake" the toilet and ended up having to remove the toilet to attempt to clear it from the bottom end. Having little success, he then went out and purchased a new toilet (it was cheaper to get a new toilet as opposed to keep trying to unclog it). Upon returning, he attempted to try the old toilet one more time and it worked. Overall, I was very satisfied with what was done. Mr. Werle's professionalism, attention to detail, and fairness.

I gave them a call and they were able to respond to this situation immediately. They were able to offer us options concerning the repairs. They are very friendly.

Very helpful, obviously knows his stuff and made many suggestions about other repairs we would want to consider down the line. I will use him again and again.

They were on time. When you are putting in faucets you can choose the position you'd like them to be in and they honored my wishes by asking me first. Their work was very well done as far as orienting the pipes. They had 90 degree orientation in all the pipe work. The job looked nice when they were done. They were fast and they cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous. They were knowledgeable and offered good advice. They were always available for questions and they gave complete answers. This was more than just a job to them. They really wanted to make sure they completed all our plumbing needs and we could really tell that they cared about us. We got the feeling they were on our side and not out to get us. They were reasonably priced. We would use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a quality job. They got here on time and did quality work. I haven't had a problem since. I didn't compare prices, but I was satisfied with theirs. I would certainly have them back if I have plumbing work to be done.

He is very patient, and the work he does is great! He's very nice, and is awesome personally. He is just great! His work is awesome! He definitely knows what he's doing.

They were very efficient, arrived when scheduled and returned promptly to deal with plumbing inspector. Wasted no time, got to work and got done. Inspector suggested a minimal solution for a problem with a below grade drain caused by a different contractor. Werle performed a complete rather than partial solution as was the inspector's suggestion.

They gave us an estimate and then when it was time for them to come do the work, they didn't show up. We had to call them again because the leak was going into the basement. When they did come, they were very thorough. He explained what and why he was doing certain things so we knew.

Within a 1/2 hour of my call, Mr. Werle arrived at our house and evaluated and identified the cause of our sump pump pit overflow. He immediately effected a temporary repair pending the opening of the parts store the following morning, he bought and brought the replacement parts to the house early the next morning, and, he performed miscellaneous other plumbing inspections and services while at the house. Mr. Werle provided truly extraordinary service. He was responsive, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and provided thoughtful follow-up and follow-through, even taking the time to call us from the parts store to double check whether we really wanted an expensive part which he felt was "overkill" for our needs.

Mr. Werle and his partner came over the same morning that I called and went right to work replacing the toilet valve that I had tried to replace myself with a compression valve. There was not enough copper extending from the wall to replace the valve. I removed a section of wall before they got here to make sure there were not leaks behind the wall, this gave Mr. Werle room to add more copper to extend from the wall. He allowed me time to replace the section of wall I removed before installing the new valve. Mr. Werle and his partner were very friendly and professional and worked quickly. This is my first experience with them. Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon but if I do, I'll call these guys.

Just a phone call, but Paul was very nice on the phone and was eager to solve my problem.

Werle Plumbing did an excellent job with this series of jobs. They were very courteous and efficient and did the work with integrity and skill. I called on Friday late afternoon, got a call back on Saturday, and they were in here to do the work on Monday. See above for list of the work that was done. They did run into some difficulties, including the rusted-out sink and problematic new faucet, but they handled the problems quickly and effectively without charging excessive fees.

Paul had helped with a much smaller job last year (faucet replacement) and noticed that our hot water heater had no pan underneath and that the drainage from the water softener had been incorrectly tied into our septic system and suggested that both items needed to be corrected before disaster would strike. Of course we never got to calling him back to do the work until one Saturday afternoon it had. Water in the basement. Paul gave instructions for what to do by phone and first thing Monday morning (no supply houses were open to provide the large tank we needed on Saturday or he would have been there then) he and his very professional partner took care of our issues. It wasn't cheap, but we know it was done right.

Very well. The carpenter also did a very nice job and our flooring didn't have to be replaced due to his care in cutting and re-seaming the vinyl flooring.

He said that they didn't do that kind of work but he still came out the next day and gave me some names of others who could help me.

Paul helped me with this over the phone, which was wonderful. That was one less repair bill that we had to pay this year.

Excellent. The day I contacted him he had a cancellation and was able to come that same day. I assumed he'd give me an estimate and schedule to return but was able to complete everything while he was here. He offered helpful suggestions, explained fully what he had done. Both he and his partner were very professional.

Wonderful to work with. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and neatly. Knowledgeable plumber. Paul Werle performed work for less than half the price of major area plumbing contractor with whom we have a service contract and gives a "discount" based on that.

Called late on Friday and spoke with Paul. We decided to speak the following week on setting up appointment. He called back Sunday and said he could be the Monday after his second call. His second call wrapped up sooner than expected and he called and came right over. He inspected a valve that had frozen the in the previous winter (now July). He replaced with the parts I had received from Moen and explained the repair. Very professional and neat. They wore shoe coverings and protected my tile floor with a towel where they place their tools. I would use them again.

He answered the call the first time I called and gave me an estimate for the project. He came out the next day to get it done which was great since it wasn't an emergency. He and his partner were very honest, prompt and friendly. He finished the job for less money than he originally quoted. I had another company come and give me a quote the day before. They quoted $400 and Werle plumbing's actual bill was only $185. What a difference! He told me he knows a great drywall person and a electrician if I ever need them. I took him up on his drywall referal and am very pleased with him as well. Again, this person was very honest, takes pride in his work, and reasonable rates. Thanks again!

Impossible to more highly recommend Paul. Always professional, thorough, extremely observant--aside from the fact that he always does an exemplary job. (We originally came to know Paul through our home remodel in 2005; he overhauled the plumbing in both our kitchen and master bath and also showed us how to properly handle our water filtration system.) I called Paul at 9:00 a.m and he was here by the end of that day.
