Paul & his helper did an excellent job. I will call him for all my plumbing needs.

We did not use Paul. After scheduling a time to do the job I called and asked if we could move the time back 20 min. because I had to pick up my daughter at school. He refused and said he would call back the next week. Needless to say, I got someone else to do the work! In my opinion Paul may be knowlegdable but is not very good at customer service.

Paul and Art arrived on time on April 17, 2007 then performed their mission with efficiency and kept the work areas clean. The impacted areas down-time was minimized due to their skill. We first met Paul and Art as sub-contractors during a major renovation project at our home in 2006. They also performed drain clean-outs earlier in 2007. Werle Plumbing is very professional and works well with the homeowners.

Very well. They were knowledgeable about the bathtub and were able to diagnose the problem, find parts and repair the problem in a relatively short period of time.

I called the company number on a Monday night. I was surprised but very pleased someone answered; it was Paul Werle the owner. He gave several good suggestions over the phone to see if I could fix the problem myself, but I was unable to unfreeze the line with the tools I had. I called Paul the next morning. He was on a job and said he would come over around noon; which he and his helper did. They attempted to repair without opening wall or ceiling. Ultimately, Paul said that the line was likely frozen too far from where external heat would work. Paul asked if I wanted him to open the ceiling in the room below to find the site where the line was frozen. He informed me about what might happen if I chose to not open the ceiling and find the frozen section; he offered alternatives. I told Paul to open the ceiling. Within only a few minutes and with as little damage to the ceiling as possible, they located and unfroze the line. They made sure everything worked before they left.

We had a water drip from the ceiling in one room which occurred when an upstairs bathroom was being used, so we though it was a drain pipe leak. Mr. Werle came, checked symptoms, then asked permission to open a hole in the ceiling. The leak turned out to be condensation from the bathroom's vent ducting, which he could not fix; but recommended someone who could. Mr. Werle charged us only for his time, despite having a higher published service call charge. We feel like he was competent and more than fair. We had contacted other larger companies for estimates but got vague answers; we think by picking a one-man shop we got the expert, not a randomly chosen technician.

EXCELLENT! Paul has done work in my house for 3 years, a referral from my contractor. There is never a mess, never a sign that he was in the house with the exception that everything works.

Paul came out the same day I called him. He did both of my bathrooms and he even adjusted my shower faucet so it was quite so hard to turn. He also adjusted something else to give me a bit more water pressure. I am so pleased with the work Paul did and the extra efforts that went into the job. I highly recommend Werle Plumbing.

Our home inspector recommended Werle Plumbing, and I've been delighted with the quality of their work. The owner, Paul Werle, and his employee, Art, have been here four times in the past month to address problems as we've uncovered them. Both Paul and Art have done a great job explaining the issues and my options, as well as performing the work in a timely and professional manner. They charge by the hour (in addition to the cost of materials), and I think that for the amount of work they've done and the fixtures they've used for the repairs and replacements, their rates have been very fair.
