Description of Work: Checked on status of old computer (error warning; would not boot up). Explained options honestly and clearly (repair vs. new computer). Downloaded all files to flash drive for backup and possible transfer to another computer (large number of files). Service was quick and efficient, very professional and accommodating to my needs and schedule.

Description of Work: Computer showed the black screen of death due to a Windows critical update. We were unable to system restore. Everything was fixed quickly and accurately.

Description of Work: Replaced Toshiba laptop hard drive, reinstalled Windows, and reloaded all my files from an external back-up.

Description of Work: My sons lap top was running very slow and would not let him get on to the internet. He uses this computer for school so he did not want it to be gone for a long time in repair. I called Todd made an appointment and when I got there he worked on it on the spot and I was out of there within 30 minutes. The computer works great it is fast and he can get on anything he wants to. I have another computer that others have worked on and given up. I will take that in next. I have confidence in Todd.

Description of Work: Looked at main computer and 1 laptops on July 9thI had ghosting issues with my monitor. Todd made some adjustments and suggested I get a different cable for the back. To save money, I did that myself. He also looked at my scanner on my printer. He concluded that it was time to buy a new printer/scanner. He also looked at a laptop with a broken plug in jack. Todd suggested I take that issue to Microcenter. He can fix software issues but prefers to stay away from laptops when it comes to taking them apart. . I went out of town for a few days and didn't work on the cable issue for awhile. After I connected the new cable, the computer failed to work at all. I am fortunate enough to have a brother who also is a computer expert and who also built my computer. He suggested it was time to buy a new video card. I ordered that part and then contacted Todd again. Todd came quickly back on 7/18 to install the video card. He installed the card, got the new cable, and my monitor working perfectly. My Samsung monitor works great. While he was there, he installed my new printer/scanner and also got two of my laptops installed to this wireless printer. On both occasions he made adjustments to my computer to increase the speed.
