Description of Work: Replaced backyard drainage system.

Description of Work: Dug drainage ditch, laid storm drain, repaired catch basin, added drain clean outs.

Description of Work: SiteWork came out, used a camera to find out what was causing water to enter one corner of our basement....storm pipes were blocked with roots and dirt in several areas, which was not allowing the water to fully empty to the main in the street. Old clay pipes were broken or shifted, which allowed the roots and dirt to block many of the pipes. Sitework replaced 30 feet of pipe, added new clean outs, flushed out the drain tiles around the foundation, gave us a diagram of the location of the new clean outs, contacted the city to inform them that there was a problem with the pipes on city property, which needed to be cleaned out and replaced. | |We would highly recommend this company. Everyone that we had contact with were very professional, polite, informative, punctual. They let us know exactly what the problem was, how they would fix it and how long it would take. We have never dealt with a company as professional as Sitework. We know that Sitework does regrading and we will be looking into using them to regrade our yard this summer. | |We recommend that Angie's List give this company the highest rating possible.

Description of Work: They installed exterior basement waterproofing and fixed a leak.

Description of Work: They never responded to my request for an estimate for work to be done. The only response was an automated email that I received saying they would contact me but no one ever called. If they did call, they did not leave a message.

Description of Work: Backyard drainage. Work was done well. Took a long time to get them out there but when they did come out, they did a good job.

Description of Work: Had some water in the basement. They snaked and jetted and took a video of the downspouts. They removed all the obstructions in the underground piping. |It was successful.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in my foundation and installed a waterproof membrane to prevent future leaks. Although I believe the product itself is the best out there the responsiveness and follow up was lacking. We've all had contractors who've said they'll be there or they'll call or whatever and then don't which unfortunately I'd have to include Sitework Developing in that category. There is some follow up work needing to be done and as usual I'm waiting...... And here's the strange part - I'd use them again because of the product, but I'd also get a commitment in writing that they will be there on a certain date or the price of the job goes down by $X per day. I believe they're a good company but need to tighten up their operations some to become a great company.

Description of Work: They are expensive, but professional. They doing the waterproofing for our basement. I will post again when I know whether it works to keep our basement dry or not.

Description of Work: june 9,2011,mike from sitework came to our home to give us an estimate on whole house outside basement waterproofing. . he never got back to us regarding an estimate. my husband called the company three weeks later and talked with a female that said he had a wedding that weekend and he will surely get back to you next week. we still have not heard from him. our property is in a highly wooded area,on a slope, and has a large deck to contend with. i think maybe the job was too big or too much hand digging for this company and maybe that is why he never got back to us.whatever the reason, he should have gotten back with us and admitted that the job was too big and didn't want the work. when you run a business you need to communicate with your potential clients no matter what the job.(even if you do not want the job!) this is just good business practice.appenently sitwork doesn't need the business.

Description of Work: They put a pipe in for drainage in my backyard. In the winter the pipe came up and they came back in the spring to fix it. When they came back they didn't charge me.

Description of Work: Redug the ditch and reinstalled the culvert pipe. They also planted grass seed and put straw over it.

Description of Work: We contacted the company regarding installing some kind of walkway in a usually wet area of our backyard. We had a brick walkway with some drainage installed. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner. We would recommend Sitework to our friends and plan on having some more work done in the near future
