+ -1 moreWe have a slate roof and he does any minor repairs that need to be done and his prices are very reasonable. He formed a friendship with us. We had some ice damage in 2008 in think and he came promptly then. If it was not an emergency, he has fitted me into his schedule whenever he could. We spent about $350 on the last job. When we bought the house, he did the inspection and we kept bringing him back for these little jobs. He is so busy with big projects, so when I get him I am happy to get him. I have referred him to neighbors, but he does not come because he is too busy and I am glad he comes for me.
Description of Work: We use Seasons Roofing every year to come in and inspect our roof. The last time we used him was about 2 or 3 months ago and replaced the gutter downspouts with wider, bigger down spouts o that they would empty properly.

Description of Work: Lou replaced the flat part of my roof which was leaking badly. Aprox. 45' x 15' which had to be joined to a slate roof on either side. There was also 2 chimneys coming out of the flat part of the roof. Fixed leaky garage roof also.

+ -1 moreI have a slate roof so I have Lou come out once a year to inspect my roof and replace slates sometimes just because the winter is pretty harsh. He's very fair on his pricing, has great work, and its always guaranteed.
