I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like others. His office contacted me and we scheduled a date to replace the units. Ryan sent out Tommy and Tyler , these guys removed the old Furnace and Air unit and Professionally installed the new ones, They were quick, professional, courteous and answered all questions. I couldn’t of asked for a better team of people including the office personal Nicolina, who was all so very professional and prompt. Excellent Service...Ryan and his team came out and gave an estimate within 24 hours of us contacting him and had the new Carrier 120k BTU dual stage furnace and April whole house humidifier installed 3 days later. Communication was great, super competitive pricing, didn't oversell or try to add on long term service contracts. Ryan and crew arrived on time at 7:30am the day of install, completed the work as planned, layed cloths on areas they were waking and clean-up when done. Awesome service and a great price....would recommend to anyone in the area.

Went very well. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Technician that arrived was pleasant, informative. Complete the work quickly and neatly. Tech also stuck around to provide a quote to replace HVAC system (as that is looming for our original equipment). Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.

Cassidy arrived on time. He investigated the problem and advised me that air cleaning filter was not operating. He showed me what the problem was. I decided that the best thing to do was to use a pleated filter, he showed me how to install one. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I told him that we would be happy to use RTT heating in the future.

The work went as scheduled, and the unit is now up and running, and we're hopeful about getting maybe another couple of years or so from it. We certainly won't have the other company back out to do what they call "cleaning" the unit (RTT found dead chipmunks and a bee's nest in there!). When it comes time to replace the AC, we'll be giving them a call.

Our Furnace suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, at the beginning of the winter. The first number we called was the number left by the last service group, who had left a magnet. They claimed 24 hour service but we only got a voicemail. We had heard good things from friends about RTT Heating and Cooling, but we weren't sure if they did work in the Akron area. We called RTT heating and cooling in a panic. Even at the very early hour, Ryan answered our call and sent a man out to help us directly. Cassidy arrived and was a complete professional from the start. He was very knowledgable and went right to work. He was able to show me the problem and had the parts he needed to fix the problem with him. The work was fast which meant everything in a cold house. When he finished, Cassidy even brought in a vacuum to clean up the work area. He was friendly, professional and fast. We could not have been more thankful. We actually got a call back from the owner, Ryan, as a follow-up, before the original company ever returned our call! My husband and I highly recommend RTT heating and cooling to anyone and everyone. We will absolutely make them our #1 provider in the future, but so far we haven't had any issues with the furnace. Thanks again RTT!

They installed the hot water heater, took the old one away, and cleaned up. They did a great job.

Had an HSA home warranty repair on our Trane heat pump. These guys came in like a SWAT team and fixed it after hours (on a Saturday). Extremely professional and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Over the past year RTT hreplace a forty year old HVAC system with a new one in one of my properties, They replace a furnace in another and fixed an AC in a third. They offer excellent, high wuality service at very competitve prices. Ryan pointed out that our furnace was actually oversized and confirmed our suspicions that the A/C was undersized. He (and Steve) completed the work over two days. As everyone knows, this summer has been brutal. We have probably used our A/C more this year than in the past. We have been very happy with the ability of the unit to keep the house comfortable. Ryan and Steve were both very professional, kept us informed of their progress and cleaned up before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself!
