Description of Work: Mr. (Larry) Arnold came to my house to provide an estimate. He was punctual. He was thorough. He was upfront and honest. He gave me alternatives -- some more expensive, some less -- even though that may have led me to a competitor. I was amazed by how much time he spent with me, particularly since it was an estimate he did at no charge. I ultimately did not have the work done because I sold the house, but I would recommend him to anyone and would contact him again if I had a similar project.
