I'm very impressed with this company, very professional service experience. I had a small repair needing fixed, I had a tripping hazard and needed 3 slabs of the sidewalk leveled. I contacted them after hours over the weekend via their website to request an estimate. They called & emailed me the next business day and I had them stop at the home to provide an estimate which was done very quickly, I think the following day. They also followed up with an email of the written estimate that was left for me when I came home that evening. I didn't even need to be home for the estimate! I emailed them the approval for the work needed and they came back and did the repairs that same week. Very professional from start to finish. The quality of the work is excellent and the whole experience was too! Highly recommend them!

Actually they were able to come a few days early- friendly and competent Had to cut some concrete which made lots of dust and noise, but was necessary to lift the patio which had sunk about 6” and was leaning towards the condo. This patio was located behind my unit down a big hill and they had a portable device that allowed them to get to the location-had a quote last year form another company that could not get back there , so this was great that they could! Patio was lifted, they took the hose and made sure that the water will now roll away from the condo -the patio is now levle

I have updated my review because the work has held up well over the last two years Everything went well as far as them showing up on time and completing the work quickly, however, I was not entirely pleased with one aspect of the work as one of the four sidewalk sections was cracked off by the mud jackers, and it floated and shifted which left some very large gaps between my front porch and the sections that broke off. I emailed them about doing something about it, and while they responded quickly, did not offer any remedy to the situation other than to caulk it. Had the crew offered at the time, I would have paid to have them caulk the crack, but they did not, and I did not want them to have to come back out. Regardless of the poor appearance of the one sidewalk square, the job has held up well after 2 years and that was what was most important to me.

They showed up in a timely manner and were very professional. The driveway once again looks good and is now safe. Their 10 year guarantee also gives homeowers peace of mind.

They were great. It's so nice. They did a great job. I had called 3 companies and they were the ones that called back right away. They did it within a couple days. I just gave their name to a friend of mine that needs some work done. The price was reasonable. They might have been a little bit more, like $50, than another company. I went with R Greene because they were the ones that called me right back and came out right away. I liked them better because they were easier to work with. When he got here he mentioned that our driveway was really down and we agreed and everything so they raised 5 or 6 blocks of the driveway too. The men were very nice. The foreman was really nice. They cleaned up. They were the first to call me back and came out the very next day to give me a quote. We scheduled them within a week. It was early spring so they might not have been busy. They were all pleasant, they cleaned up, they were very polite, very professional. They were right in the ballgame on price.

This company provided an estimate in a timely basis and answered all of my questions. The job was scheduled on a date and time that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and were very professional. They completed the job and cleaned the area around my driveway afterwards. My driveway looks great and it is so nice to drive in and out of my driveway without the bumps!

Job was done 2 days after initial estimate. Crew arrived about 30 minutes prior to their appointment and went right to work. Had 8 slabs raised and leveled, including one slab that was completely pulled out to cut out the tree root. Work was performed professionally and with great care so as not to damage my sprinkler system. Crew did a great job cleaning up. Was very pleased with the work performed and the 10 year warranty of work.

I sent them an email via Angie's list and they responded soon after. They came out to give me a free quote and they completed they called me a few days later to complete the work. They showed up on an agreed time and they completed the work. They did a good job and it looks great. I can't believe how far down the concrete and sunk near our steps. Everything looks level now but still slopes slightly away from the house. When they lifted the section of the driveway near the apron it was not going to be even with the sidewalk so they asked me what I wanted to do and gave me some suggestions. They cleaned up everything very nicely. Working with them was a good experience and easy to do.

I was more than happy with the results. I had 1 to 1 1/2 inch bumps in my driveway that kids would constantly trip over. Once they were complete, you couldn't even tell there was a problem. Much less expensive than the doctor bills could have been from a bad fall.

Everything went very well from start to finish. I had obtained estimates from three "A" rated Angie's List providers, and I will say all three were very responsive and professional. Greene's quote was not the lowest but was extremely competitive based on the scope of work. The 10-year warranty was by far the best. Everyone with whom I dealt, from people in the office, to the estimator (I believe Rich is the owner) and the men that did the work, were friendly, courteous and professional. We are pleased with the results.

Took the company a number of days to get back to us for scheduling an on-site estimate. Then, we had to follow up with several phone calls, once we agreed that they would do the work, for determining date of job. The sidewalk leveling was very satisfactory, but they forgot to bring plywood sheets to go over large grassy area for equipment moving to site.

Excellent. Sidewalk had severely sunk on one side and developed large crack as a result. They brought it back to level and filled the crack. The holes they drill and patch are noticeable, but there's no way around that. A few weeks later and the combination of them fading a bit and me getting used to it and t doesn't look that bad at all. Very minor downside to what a great job they did leveling at a reasonable price. Showed up on time to give a quote, was very helpful answering questions I had about the process, and the warranty was better than others. Showed up on time day of service, did a great job, left things reasonably clean. Very simple process for the customer

They called us back immediately gave us a written quote in 2 days. We were able to book them early the following week. They came when they said they would. They were professional and effeicent. Took 2 guys about 4hrs. They cleaned and power washed my sidewalks and driveway when they were done and even staked it off to keep people off of it. Very happy with their work and would hire them again if ever needed.

Had the sagging front step and crooked concrete walkway to go with it. Leveled all out and looks very nice. They were very quick to provide estimate and do the work, just OK with cleanup, we needed to clean off our porch chairs. We're glad we did this instead of replacement.

Very well. Greene came at 8:30 AM and Leveled 6 public sidewalk blocks, 15 garage blocks, and 13 driveway blocks plus caulked 443 Linear feet of driveway seems by 3:30 PM on July 14, 2016, average block size (6 ft. by 9ft.). The crew was professional and at the start they surveyed job and proposed adjustments to the quote which were adopted. They drill holes in each block and pump an aggregate of sand and water though the holes as required to raise and/or lower the four corners of each block such that each block’s seems were even with the adjacent block’s seems. All the block seems that were out of alignment are now even. The snow blower will no longer stops at block boundaries or chips away block edges. Five mud jacking vendors were canvased and three made quotes. Greene’s quote was the most comprehensive at a lower cost.

Part of my front sidewalk needed leveling. They came out and leveled the sidewalk perfectly. A second gentleman showed up and did the clean up and finish work. I am impressed at how good it looks. They do drill quarter-sized holes into the sidewalk, but the patchwork to fill the holes is barely noticeable. Everyone I worked with was friendly and answered all of my questions.

I sent an email via the company's web site on Easter Sunday. Mid-morning on Monday I received a reply indicating that an estimator would be out and if no one was home they would place the estimate in the paper box. As it happened I was home when Brian Greene stopped by. His estimate was fair and he answered my questions so I accepted the estimate and he said they could fit me in on Thursday afternoon between 2 and 4 PM. At 2PM Thursday the truck rolled up and within an hour they had leveled the driveway so it was flush with the garage. They then cleaned up the work area and patched the drill holes used for jacking. Extremely polite and diligent. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the responsiveness and work done by Greene Concrete Leveling. We would give them our highest recommendation to anyone needing concrete to be leveled.

The crew arrived and worked hard for about 3 hours. The finished result was stunning. The sidewalk was completely leveled and the surrounding lawn was put back together. I would highly recommend their services.

They were the high of my three bids. I believe they are the only company in town that lowers as well as raises. Not sure. The called as promised. The crew showed up and did their work. Other reveiwers said they really respected their landscaping. I can't say the same. Sidewalk is level. For now. Not sure if the water pooling problem has been solved. Time will tell; i will update. I think the crew was a bit grumpy because it was a hot, humid day. They did a decent job but I can't say they were great like some other reviewers.
