Everything went well. All was done in one day with crew cleaning up all debris when finished.

They are just a fabulous group of men who are so eager to please. I really feel that they are hardworking, ethical, and deserving of praise. They are very willing to listen to and please their customers, and bend over backward to make sure their customer is fully satisfied. they are very knowledgeable, and their workers have areas of expertise, so they have employees who are specifically trained in tree care, lawn care, or experts on diseases and fungus, for example. They are extremely well versed in landscaping. They are extremely professional, and they have someone who oversees the work and follows up by checking on the yard itself and checking with their customers. They are very detail-oriented, and will bring to your attention anything they see wrong with the yard. They have won numerous awards for their landscaping, and they are just phenomenal.

They are very professional, efficient and reliable. I have hired them many times and their service has been very good. They always come on time and finished the work in timely manner. I am happy with their work.

Was alerted by owner (us) that stone and dirt was falling into an uncovered opening into the house drainage system. A picture was taken at the time (attached). Nothing was done to stop the dirt and stone from filling the drain system. In addition, attempts were made to hide the problem by flushing the stone and dirt down the drainage system. The end result is that the drainage system got clogged. Because of the clog, our basement started to leak after rainstorms. Ohio Valley Group and the contractor did not call the city of Solon for final sewer inspection -- therefore, completing their cover-up. We would never use Ohio Valley Group again as they did not fulfill their warranty obligations.

I am very disappointed in this company. They did not complete the design in a timely manner and what I did receive was pretty basic, in my opinion. I only met with the actual designer once for about 10 minutes. I had also hired them to plow my driveway and referred them to my neighbor as well this past winter. Their driver slid into my garage door which had to be replaced. Ohio Valley Group would only agree to pay $660.00 of the $1100.00 it cost to replace.

Generally, we're pleased. Most of our driveway is the width of only one car, so we particularly appreciated that repair of the adjacent lawn was part of the deal; some treading was inevitable. Additionally, they came in early April even though it was past the contract period. Sometimes it's a little later in the day than I'd prefer, since we live in the snowbelt, but they were always pretty early when there was significant snowfall overnight. This review reflects our 2005-2006 contract. We have recently renewed for 2006-2007, no increase in contract price.

I CALLED TO SEE IF THIS COMPANY COULD HELP ME OUT, AS OUR LAWN MOWER BROKE AND WE WERE GOING ON VACATION. THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT FIT IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. WOULD NOT CALL THEM FOR FURTHER WORK. A COMPETITOR WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP US OUT.

THEY WERE COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR SEASONAL CONTRACT.

THEY ASK WHEN YOU WANT THE DRIVE PLOWED AND THEY DO IT. SOMETIMES THEY COME TWICE A DAY.

THE RE,P ANDY, GAVE US VERY GOOD INFORMATION, SPENT A LONG TIME TALKING TO US ABOUT SEVERAL TREES IN OUR YARD.
