Adam took doors off of the bedroom and sanded them down. He put locks on the doors. He painted a bedroom with two coats. Adam was very professional, polite, and on time. He communicated well with me. I was comfortable with him in my home.

We have a property that has a small concrete patio that eventually will need replacing. About 2 yrs ago, my husband had fixed a few cracks but did not have time to address the issue this time as we had other projects going on. In this case I had hoped to take some of the workload off my husband and hired Neatniks. About the time he was scheduled to arrive, he phoned to say he was running late. He did arrive considerably later then anticpated and left sooner than what we had agreed upon via phone (hrs work and cost per Angies list) but that was not the biggest concern. It was a Friday and I get things happen and people can run behind so long as in the end, our work is not negatively impacted. He is a very nice man but his level of expertise was just not there for what was needed. After using something similar to a dremel to clean out the cracks to make the repair neater, he did not realize that he needed to use another material (I believe it's called a backer rod) to keep the concrete patch from running through, thus using way too many tubes for the areas @$12/tube. He did offer to come back another time to finish, but it was clear he did not get why this was consuming so many tubes of patch. After seeing the bill and the unfinished job, my husband found time to get the backer rod in place 1st, then used the tubed concrete patch....so honestly, as nice as the man is, we would not have him back for home repairs. I thought he knew what he was doing and clearly should have figured out the cracks were not holding the material in before wasting so many tubes at our expense. Not worth having to repair someone else's repair work. I feel bad having to write this as I am sure by the other reviews I had read about him doing other projects he is well qualified for and again, very nice man, but just not knowledgeable for this type of repair.

It went great. We collaborated on the variety of things needed done. Hanging a microwave, fixing shelving, moving heavy items, putting up a mailbox and several other things beyond my handy-woman reach. I have full faith that when he comes back in two weeks, he will make quick work of most of the list. I may need to have him come a third time to do more. Because I'm not a pro, I appreciated his knowledge and honesty about what amount of time things take, and his attention to detail. He definitely aimed to please, and did so. A+++ Definitely have your to-do list prioritized. Realize that some things might not be as simple to do as you might think. On the other hand, some things take less time to do. Be realistic and let him do his job. He did not waste any of my time, and actually stayed a little longer due to some things needing more time.

Adam and Nick masterfully worked through my project punch list. They had all the right tools, worked at a fast clip and addressed other issues that came up in the process without an issue. I was so excited to have their help to knock out the trickier projects on my list and was amazed at everything they accomplished in such a short time. Adam went above and beyond too. He contacted the faucet manufacturer and negotiated on my behalf to have them ship out 4x replacement parts at no charge and showed me how to make the simple fix. All-in-all I highly recommend Neatnics and will absolutely be using them again as my project list grows. They rocked!

Adam was awesome. At first when we spoke he wasn't able to help me right away, but then he had a cancellation, so he came by in the afternoon. Our basement flooded over the weekend and the carpet was ruined. Adam was friendly, courteous and very neat and organized.

First thing, Adam went over the to-do list and we prioritized it as I did not expect they would get through the whole list. He and his associate each took a task and went right to work. As they finished each item, they told me their progress and went on to the next item. Although I was home all day, I would have no hesitation leaving them at work while I was out - they did not need direction or explanation on each item. Adam offered useful alternatives to a couple of things I wanted done that would not have worked as well the way I had planned. The work was done better and faster than I expected. My kitchen faucet was acting odd and Adam took the time to call the manufacturer and find out just what he needed to do to get it right. There was nothing on my list he was not willing to take on. They even swept out the garage! Their price was higher than some of the other deals offered, but after reading the reviews I decided to go with Neatnics and am glad I did.

I bought a Neatnics Big Deal for 3 hours of handyman service. Adam arrived on time and worked diligently through my project list. He does excellent work and cleaned up after each project. A great experience and I would definitely hire again. And would not hesitate to suggest Neatnics to my friends and family.

As always, Neatnics did a superb job! What's most impressive about Adam and Neatnics is Adam's pro-active professionalism; hidden problems sometimes reveal themselves when fixing/repairing an older home, yet Adam is never daunted, and his results are always top-notch. Adam can figure out anything! He has in spades what is too often lacking in the home/remodeling/repair business: a can-do attitude, impeccable manners, highly professional, a wide and diverse skill set, and very high standards!

They were timely and professional. I loved that they cleaned up very well after themselves. They were great and we intend to use them again to use their services. We initially called for closets, but learned that they do other services that would be beneficial for our home as well. We would definitely use them again.

Nice guys. Team of brothers. Very responsive and professional. But the job seemed to take too long. Slower moving because of attention to detail, but we paid hourly rate. I would have them again for small jobs, but ask them for good estimate. It is hard to do that with home repairs because sometimes you dont know what you are getting into.

He came earlier than expected and was very methodical in cleaning the cracks and allowing them to dry thoroughly before filling. It seemed expensive for the work done, but very few do this work.
