It went great they found out why my lights in the garage did not work and fixed it. Will hire them again they are the best. You will not go wrong if you hire Neatnics to fix any problems you have with your home.

Great. The guys suggested a specific motor and they were very efficient in putting it up. They then showed me how to program and use it. Excellent service.

Neatnicks arrived on time. Started to work right away and did not let a minute go to waste and did all this work in record time. I can't say enough for this company and the two gentlemen that did all the work. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. I would recommend these two guys and the Neatnicks company to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job and has caring people that do the work. Adam is coming back soon to replace a door bell that has not worked in a long time. So yes I will use this company again for other jobs that need doing.

My dad's living room is a sunken living room. It was very difficult to get his wheelchair up and down this one step. Adam of Neatnics came to the house, examined and measured the area for a wheelchair ramp. He brought a sample fold-up ramp (about 6 or 7 feet long). I found I still had difficulty pushing the wheelchair on and off the ramp. Adam came up with an ingenious solution. He installed a stiff vinyl-type wedge at the top of the ramp and a large piece of lexcon at the foot of the ramp. This allowed an effective and easy way to get the wheelchair up and down the one step. We are very pleased with his solution. Thanks, Adam!

He is wonderful. He had to come back the second day based on the other things I wanted done. He worked his full day and I feel like I got my $600 worth. He truly was excellent in all regards. He was courteous, prompt and had the other tools he needed. He was most accommodating. When he was disassembling the sink in the bathroom, he said to me that these sink fixtures probably ought to be replaced. He said that the Moen faucets had a life time warranty. He contacted the Moen people himself and had them send me new faucets to my home. I would recommend this guy to anybody who needs a handyman because he does have a very comprehensive skills set. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back. When I get my bathroom team and I am ready to put my vanity and stuff back in, he is the man I am going to call.

Adam returned all of my messages in a timely manner; was prompt on the day he came out to do the work - he did a great job and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

We had a very pronounced "hump" in our kitchen floor, so bad that it felt as though you were walking up/downhill when traversing the kitchen. We had a number of contractors come through and give us estimates and explain their approach to leveling the kitchen floor. Unfortunately, all of their plans were similar and overly complex, as most suggested raising an entire side of the house up on jacks, adding structural beams in the crawlspace, etc) , very expensive, and some were apprehensive about attempting the job. Adam was different. He came to the house and assessed the situation, and took the time to talk with me about the problem. I appreciated the collaboration. Adam came up with a unique solution - raise the floor on both sides of the hump, bringing the entire kitchen level with the adjacent dining room on one side, brining the kitchen floor slightly higher than the adjacent hallway/front room on the other side. Rather than introducing the complexity of manipulating the structural components of the house, his solution fit our needs (we were concerned about our budget) and turned out to be aesthetically pleasing - the step up into the kitchen has not been an issue whatsoever. The quality of the work was very good. Adam paid great attention to detail and his helper with the tile work did a nice job as well. The only issue we had was that on the last day of the job, we expected Adam and team to arrive at a certain time, though his assistant was unable to make it and Adam got held up with another task, and he was a few hours late. However, Adam kept me informed along the way and apologized for the delays. I was not excited about having to work from home an extra day should this have extended the project timeline by a day, and was already under a lot of stress as my wife was pregnant with our first child and the baby was due within a few days. Adam understood our concerns and was committed to honoring his word that the project would be complete by the date he provided in the estimate. He worked late into the night by himself sealing the tile, and thanked us for his patience. We were very impressed by Adam's professionalism, commitment to quality, innovative approach to solving problems, and we highly recommend him to others.

It went fine. This is the second time I've used this provider, and I had good experiences both times. The jobs were done well, and cleaned up afterwards. I will be calling them again.

Adam was on time and very professional. He quickly assessed what I needed done and got to work. He completed the work within the time given and reviewed all the repairs with me to ensure they were to my liking. Neatnics is a good name for this company because they were neat and clean in everything they did. No mess left behind.

It was fantastic. I would give them better than A if possible. He seems to have a variety of skills and he's very good and very neat. He went above and beyond like last Wednesday it was really snowy and he pulled his truck into the drive and he needed to make a little path to get his tools from the truck to the house but then he dug around my car because he knows that my husband has difficulty. So he thought that if we needed to get out we would have a little space around the car. He didn't have to do that and I didn't ask him to do that but that's just the kind of guy he is. He also noticed the smell of natural gas outside, so we called the gas company and they found a really tiny leak around our meter that they plugged. He exceeds expectations.

He completed all the work requested and worked for three hours.

This is the second time I've used Neatnics' services, and I couldn't be more pleased. The worker(s) were on time, completely professional, and better yet, were able to think outside of the box to get the job(s) done.

Adam was extremely nice when I spoke with him on the phone. He explained what had to be done and we scheduled an appointment and told me that there was no need to be at home in order for him to perform the services (I was unable to schedule time off from work the day of the service). I checked Angie's List to see if there was a deal for handyman services and there was, so I purchased the deal for $215.00 for two hours of handyman service. When Adam finished the work, he called me to inform me of what services took place and indicated that he would leave the invoice on by sun porch. I explained to Adam that I purchased a deal from Angie's List for two hours for $215.00 and Adam indicated that there was an overage, so I told him to leave the invoice and I would see to it that he was paid. Upon arriving at home, I noted the front area of the roof and it was completed perfectly and then I noted the back and it was ok, but I knew that it was because he used the longer de-icing cables on the front and the shorter one on the back, so I was ok with what was done. It was upon entering my home through the sun porch, where I noted that I had an invoice for $155.00. I called Adam immediately; although was not able to reach him, so I left a message asking that he call me to explain the additional charges. As I did not receive a call over the weekend, I called Adam on Monday, November 2, 2015 to inquire with regards to the additional $155.00, and Adam explained that the additional cost was due to another technician being added to the job and the tech took 1.75 hours to install the de-icing cable on the front of the house. I informed Adam that the deal did not specify per person, to which Adam stated that it was in the fine print of the deal and that Angie's List had this information. Adam further stated, "that if I did not have the monies right now, that I could mail it to him when I did have it." I told him that I did not agree, but I would pay this, but I did not agree with the per person charge. When I hung up, I wanted verification from Angie's List that the deal indicated per person and upon speaking with a representative from Angie's List, she informed me that there was no such item mentioned in the deal at all and that there should not have been any additional charges outside of the $215.00 if I did not exceed the two hour timeframe. I assured the representative that the invoice indicates 1.75 hours, so I did not exceed the timeframe and asked what could be done in order to resolve the issue. My complaint was sent to the Angie's List eCommerce who attempted to contact Adam several times, all unsuccessful. While I did not pay the additional monies, it was very concerning that I was charged for an additional person and I will not use Neatnics again.

I called Neatnics Home Repair Company on 9/28/15, to do some handy man work around my house. At that time I asked how much did they charge per hour. The nice young man said that they charge $145 for the first hour and $90 per hour for each hour that their company are in the home. I had two faucets installed, one faucet fixed, cleaned fan cover and a cabinet in my bathroom installed and I wanted a toilet in my upstairs bathroom installed. Toilet could not be installed at that time, just the old one removed because the floor had to be repaired first. They did haul all old materials away. On 10/5/15, two guys showed up to my house. They were the nicest most polite men. Very professional, well dressed and just real nice to even talk to. Both of the guys did an exceptional job with what I wanted them to do, and I do appreciate that. One of the young men even went back to the store for me to exchange one of the faucets that did not have everything in the box. You just cannot beat that kind of customer service. My only complaint is that when I was initially told over the phone how much it was going to cost to do the job mentioned above, I did not know that I would be paying for each man that was in my house the same price per hour. It was just the two of them, but I paid $717.75 for the job. One guys hours was 4.75 and the other was 3.50. I was charged for 8.25 full hours all together. One arrived at 10:45 am and the other at 12 pm. Both left at 3:30pm. 10% was taken from the total charge. One reason I am sending this note is because my husband is still having a problem with the amount charged. He thought that it was not fair to quote a price on the phone, then the amount is different when it is time to pay. I did not know that each service tech would receive $90 per hour. I had to pay them once I saw the receipt stating that both get paid per hour. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. Please ask if the charge is for each service tech that enters your home. It went very well. He arrived on time and was very careful and precise in his measurements so the results were exactly what I was hoping for.

Generally, showed up on time and performed all duties other than staining well. Could not repair lock on sliding door. Staining of drawers, doors and cabinets was inadequate. Stains were left on carpet and walls. We were told they weren't as careful because they knew we planned to replace these items, but this was not an acceptable response.

Adam and Nick were prompt, professional, friendly and neat. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly. I wasn't clear on the cost issue, however, and it was more than I anticipated.
