Started strong. Got lazy. Started overcharging and vacationing in the middle of project. Errors started. Paid other contractors to fix.

Adam was able to get us in right away and I'm so thankful. The lights we were replacing were the original. So needless to say it was a job that needed to be done by a professional. Such a great experience and will use Neatnics again for other projects at my home.

Adam has knowledge of all the different trades and he can do just about anything! He was prompt in arriving and worked hard to get everything done on my long to-do list. Plus he gave us advice on how to do a plumbing project! We would definitely hire him again because of his all-around knowledge, professionalism and pleasant personality.

I contacted Adam from Neatnics to inquire about his assistance in purchasing and installing 10 up-to-date smoke detectors throughout my house. The devices that had been installed in my home were not up to housing code, and also were not mounted in the proper locations throughout my house. Adam responded to my email inquiry promptly, and explained the various options that were available. This was very helpful because he did all the research for me, and I was able to make an informed decision based on my budget. Prior to selecting the appropriate equipment for my home, Adam consulted with my local fire department to make sure the devices were a brand that was recommended by the safety experts. On the day of installation, Adam walked me through each area of the house where the detectors were to be mounted to ensure that the smoke-detecting coverage would be sufficient; that the devices would not be eyesores in the rooms or hallways; and to reduce the likelihood of experiencing any nuisance alarms. He also took the time to show me how to test the devices, and replace the batteries. Adam checked back with me a week or so later to see if I had any questions about the new smoke detectors.

The quality of the work is good and perfect but but I'm a bit surprised for the pricing, the work cost $147.00 and he just did 3 jobs for 1 hour.

Adam removed a leaking steam bath unit by capping off the water supply line and electrical. He also troubleshoot bathroom fan problem and potentially fixed it. Adam kept me informed when he was running late, explained clearly about the work and price range. I asked a lot of questions and found him very knowledgeable about so many different things. Adam is efficient, reliable, friendly yet professional. I will definitively use him again.

Adam is fantastic to work with, very professional and responsive. He is upfront as far as cost, time line, and repairs that are necessary. The plumbing and drywall work that was done looks very professional and it was nice to have one company with so much knowledge of multiple trades. If there are multiple people working, you will have to pay for both at the hourly rate... This is standard across every industry for Time and Materials work. Having more people will cut down on the time to complete the job, but it is the same man-hours so you are not paying more money for the same amount of work. I will certainly be bringing Neatnics back for more work and would recommend him to others.

Adam contacted me a few days after I messaged him. He had been out of town on vacation, and responded as soon as he returned. When I didn't respond (as I had found another handyman) he checked back in a couple days later. He let me know that he didn't have a lot of experience with siding, but because I asked, he gave me his opinion of what I was dealing wifh, based on the pictures I sent him. I had found another Handyman on Angies List with siding experience, and he encouraged me to go that route. I am VERY impressed with Adam's follow up & with his honesty about his lack of experience in siding. I am further impressed that he took the time to give me advice, knowing he would not get the job. I would DEFINITELY contact Adam again in the future because of his integrity & professionalism!

He explains to ensure I understand how the work is being done; gives me pricing options when replacement parts have to be purchased; and provides a detailed invoice of how the charges of my project were totaled. I will definitely call on Neatnics for future home repair needs.

Adam replied to my inquiry via the Angie's list messenger. We set up an appointment for an estimate. The work was scheduled, and completed...all in a reasonable amount of time. Adam provided helpful suggestions that lessened the cost of the project. Also, he explained in writing, and verbally the work that was to be done. He was a good listener, and very approachable, so I felt comfortable asking questions.

Adam is great. This was the second time we used Neatnics. I had purchased a ceiling fan that was the wrong style. Adam did the leg work and found one that with all the features we wanted and installed it. All work was completely quickly with no mess. Neatnics is definitely our go to company for home repair.

Adam was very responsive. I was having trouble finding someone to come out and do a small job. He scheduled an appointment on my first phone call. He was willing to work with my schedule. I did not do a great job explaining what I needed done so when he showed up he was expecting to preform a different job. However he came well equipped to do what it was that I really wanted and was able to be creative to complete the job. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely hire him again.

Adam is awesome! His aim was to repair rather than replace when possible. Very knowledgeable and personable. All work was completed in a timely manner. The ceiling fan I had purchased didn't fit so he will find one that will and install it. He is also coming back to put new hinges on a kitchen cabinet. I was very pleased with all the work done. We will definitely use his services in the future.
