Description of Work: Dan came out to our home to do the estimate. He took a week to get back to us, only to say he was too busy to do the job. We asked him to at least provide his cost estimate so we would have an idea on price moving forward. He told us he didnt do the estimate or take our job because after he met with us, he met with other people who offerd him jobs where he would make more money. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Description of Work: We called Dan to come look at a board on our foundation where we thought mice were getting in. He came to our house within a week, assessed the situation and determined there was nothing wrong with it. He recommended we work with our exterminator. He didn't charge us anything and was very honest about our issue. I would absolutely hire him again.
