He only recommended more expensive products than what my budget allowed and sent me to very high end suppliers. He did excellent work and I was very pleased with the final product, but one thing I did not like was that he complained about the difficult wallpaper removal, which I found that to be unprofessional.

Thank you taking the time to complete a review. We do encounter obstacles at times and we apologize for any inconvenience. The wallpaper took longer to remove than planned due to the way it was previously installed. However, we were able to overcome that obstacle at no additional cost. They responded to everything we have just talked about. So far, he's been extremely responsive and actually following up with us even though we don't ask him for information and he asks if we need help. He has a bunch of jobs going on right now but he's extremely responsive and professional. Their estimate was starting in about $50000. What stood out to me was their knowledge, professionalism and reputation. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: We have received a rough estimate from JM&K Building Company for a complete downstairs remodeling, kitchen, dining room and living room.

He did an excellent job. He was very professional and had a personal approach. He took us to the dealership that had all the products and let us pick them out. So, we were able to get what we wanted with his help.
Description of Work: They remodeled the kitchen. Removed some existing cabinets, sinks, and countertops. Installed new garbage disposal, dishwasher, cabinets, and granite countertops. Electrical supply and lighting over the sinks were re-done. Installed a glass cabinet in the hutch area. He installed the faucet and the sinks. Did the tiling in the kitchen and the foyer, as well as the bathroom area. He also did the carpentry, in terms of baseboards. In the bathroom, he also installed a granite vanity and faucet.
