My experience with them was OK. It was a contract amount of $95 for the year. That's why I dropped them, because, if there was a drought and it didn't need cutting, I still had to pay the money. So I'm no longer using them. They were pretty good, though for their responsiveness I'd give them a 'D'. I had called the fellow to talk about things, and it took him five to six weeks to get back to me and I wasn't happy about that.

Did not chose them in the end but would use them if my current plow service doesn't work out.

They always are here when they say they are going to be. They are very courteous and they always return my calls.

I had no problems with this company. I have used them for the last 3 years and will continue to use them. They are prompt, and repair any damage to lawns or property. They are always there early so I can get out to work. I little higher in price than most but worth it I believe.

Overall, it went OK. They showed up when needed and were thorough in their plowing. We ran into a few problems where the driver ran right over the stakes marking the driveway. This happened on a few occasions. While not a huge problem, it was a nuisance since the purpose of the stakes are to keep them on the driveway.

JOE DRAKE, THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SUGGESTING WAYS TO HIGHLIGHT OUR ENTRANCE WAY BY DOING A STONE BORDER. HE ALSO DID A BORDER IN THE BACKYARD TO TIE IT ALL TOGETHER. HIS WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND WELL TRAINED.

THE QUALITY OF THE PLANTS WERE EMBARRASSINGLY BAD. THERE WERE COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES. THEY ARE QUITE PRICEY. EXCEPT FOR THE PLANTING, WORK ACTUALLY PERFORMED WAS ADEQUATE.

I CALLED FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND ASKED FOR HELP BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN, AND I WAS SNOWED IN. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO SEND SOMEBODY OUT TO MEASURE THE LENGTH AND WIDTH OF MY DRIVEWAY BECAUSE THEY PRICE PLOWING BY THE SQUARE FOOT. THEN THERE WOULD ALSO BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE DIFFICULTY OF THE DRIVEWAY AND WHERE THE SNOW WAS TO GO. I TOLD HIM THE DIMENSIONS OF MY DRIVE, BECAUSE WE HAD PAVING WORK DONE AND I KNEW IT. HE STILL SAID THEY HAD TO SEND SOMEONE TO ASSESS THE DRIVE AND WRITE A PROPOSAL. I THOUGHT THAT WAS RIDICULOUS!
