+ -1 morePromptly came out and did the work. Is "old school" in his approach and the way he does business. We were prepared to install a new roof but he felt that with a little maintenance it would make it another year or two. Great knowledgeable guy. A good person to know who knows everyone in CF and can point you in the right direction for all your home Reno needs!
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. Reattached downspouts to pipes. Cleaned roof. Inspected ventilation.
