+ 0 moreDon repsonded in a timely manner to my phone message, visited us soon thereafter to access the situation and give an estimate, came back to do the work a reasonable amount of time later, showed up when he said he would, did a great job and charged spot on to the estimate.
Description of Work: Don and his tile man did a very nice job repairing water damage in the bathroom of the rental unit of our duplex. the previous owners had just sheetrocked around the shower/bath which of course is not such a good idea. Don removed the water damaged sheetrock and metal corner pieces, re-built the wall section with backerboard and then installed subway tiles and did some painting. looks great and will be a far better finish in such a wet environment.

+ -1 moreI was looking to have my house painted. Don came out and provided me with an estimate on the spot. After reviewing the cost of the materials and labor I scheduled him to come out. he was very professional with his approach. They took great care in masking the house and even were concerned with over spray that might hit my neighbors. They finished on schedule and helped me with re-installing the downspouts afterwards.
Description of Work: Painting my small bungalow exterior. Removing awnings, filling in holes and prepping the house, masking the windows and doors and spraying the house.
