I recently hired Final Touch Construction to complete construction work on my house, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. From the outset, communication was poor. I struggled to get timely updates on the progress, and calls and emails often went unanswered for days. The work itself was subpar, with several issues that needed to be corrected after completion. There were delays that weren't communicated properly, and I was often left in the dark about what was happening. The team left the site in a mess, and the quality of the craftsmanship was disappointing—corners were cut, and details were overlooked. I expected professionalism and a higher standard of work, but I received neither. After raising my concerns, I did not receive the level of customer service I anticipated. In the end, the project was not completed to my satisfaction, and I regret choosing Final Touch for such an important project. I would advise others to look elsewhere for their construction needs, as I did not experience the professionalism or quality of service that I was promised.

Comes door to door soliciting work, even acknowledged "no solicitation" sign but kept talking. I am in the middle of virtual school with my kids and have a sign. No respect for possible future customers. Will never use.

TERRIBLE I hired Final Touch to do my roof and they did a terrible job on my property causing my basement to flood. I will not recommend this company for any work on your property. Terrible customer service and workmanship. I contacted them and they denied the incidence. Had few roofing companies came out and assessed their work and they reported Final touch did a horrible work causing damage to my property. They broke screws at the corner of my gutter which led to my basement flooding. The contractors tore up my yard leaving nails and pieces of shingles in the yard. Little over a week ago after they saw my complaint on the BBB website they decided to reach out to me asking me to take down my comment and I told them I was not going to unless the can repair the damages and pay for other costs I had to go through regarding their terrible work and the agent response was “ABSOLUTELY NOT”. I proceeded on telling him I was not stopping and will continue to put out a bad review on their work and his response was “YOU GO AND HAVE FUN WITH THAT!” and hang up the line while I was still talking to him. Be on the watch for these guys. They are the worst Contractors to hire on your property.

I questioned one area ,a crew came to look,Told me it was the roof the way it was.Im taken their word for it. Time will tell.

It could have gone much smoother, but break downs in communications by contractor led to many delays and return trips to resolve issues we had agreed upon. such as placement of ridge vents and proper chimney and house flashings. The contractor's work crew worked together very well with a high degree of efficiency. Clean-up of debris was good. Overall job took longer to accomplish than expected after we signed a contract on July 9th.

They were very patient as I tried to work things out with my insurance company, when we were ready the siding was delivered to our driveway and the workers arrived the next day at 7:30 AM. The foreman kept 9 guys working and the siding, trim, and shutters turned out looking great. Another man arrived a few hours after the siding guys left and put up new gutters (all included.) A few days later the dumpster was removed from our yard (I did call about that to be sure they hadn't forgotten us.) Three very small problems were not addressed for about a month and a half, but I didn't make final payment until they were taken care of. Would recommend them.

We had storm damage to our roof. They worked with the insurance company to arrange for payment. Did the job for the estimated price. The entire roof was done in one day. The yard was left clean of old materials. We then had them do ceramic tile in three rooms. Once again they were punctual. Picked up the tile, moved and replace all the cabinets. The rooms came out beautiful. The price was the lowest of four bids we received. We highly recommend them.
