dry cleaning
 + -1 moreDropped it off on a Friday and was told it would take a week because that is how long it takes to dry. So on Tuesday, they called me telling me they forgot to have me sign a waiver in case the colors fade or bleed. I went in and signed it and told them I hoped this wouldn't delay the pick up date. They assured me it would not. On the following Friday, I picked up my comforter and brought it home. When I took it out of the bag to put back on my bed, I noticed that it had not been cleaned at all!!! There was still dog hair all over it and the throw up mark from my dog (which is what prompted the cleaning in the first place!!) I called back to tell them I was coming back up there to pick up my check. They assured me that it had been cleaned but I asked the girl if there should still be dog hair all over it!
Description of Work: Dropped off a comforter to be drycleaned.
