+ 0 moreEverything went well. The fan works properly. Good sound. Karl is a good guy to hire to get those check lists for your house done. He's very resonable in price. With his years in construction, he can do a variety of things. If he can't do something he will be the first to admit it and suggest someone else that might be able to serve you.
Description of Work: Karl replaced motor in bathroom fan. He first came out and pulled the motor out. We had to order the exact part on-line because the local stores didn't carry a part that fit. When the new motor arrived in the mail, he stopped by that week and completed the job.

+ -1 moreHe does a really good job and his rates are reasonable. He is very conscientious and I trust them. I expect to pay for my work. He doesn?t overcharge me for the work he does. He is, overall, a really nice guy. The amount I paid him included the supplies.
Description of Work: The owner of this company is Carl Muller. He lives in my area. He did some exterior paint work for me on his last visit. He also cleaned and stained my outdoor furniture with teak oil. He did this with is power sprayer which is a lot faster. I pay him by the hour. He went outside and caulked all of my windows. He also did all the exterior trim on my house. I have a sided house and all of the trim needed to be done. He power washed and cleaned my teak furniture. We let them dry for awhile in the garage. He brought his power sprayer and put down a tarp to protect my driveway. He power sprayed them with teak oil.
