2 people came over and did internal and external inspection. Received during their inspection indications on the different animals (carpenter ants, mice droppings). When I received their inspection report, I was surprised by the outcome. First of all the report stated that most areas had limited access and were cluttered, while the house was completely empty. Secondly the report mentioned mice on the main floor, while none of the inspectors did mention this at the end of their inspection tour. My feel was that this report could have been written for any house, because it was very generic and did not reflect the reality in the field. Felt like a rip off. I contacted the owner of the business several times to get clarifications but never got a satisfactory answer or reply.

Everything was completed to our satisfaction.

I called on day 1 about bees in our backyard , waited till Day 2 and called again on their second number. They called me back same day. They scheduled an appointment, were punctual and came fully equipped. They found two nests ( the second one I wouldnt have found on my own) and were very friendly. They told me if the bees don't go away in a week I should call again. After a week, we were still having some bees flying around and we could still see bees grouping at a spot few inches from where they treated. They told me to wait another 4 days. This was little unexpected. After 4 days, I called again and asked to re-treat ( they give 3 months guarantee) and call me after they are done ( as I wouldnt be home). They did come and re-treated but I didn't know because no one called me. After waiting few days I called and was told they did come. They are very good people and company, I just hope they communicate better in future.

I had an average experience with this provider. I initially requested them to treat the inside and outside of the house for carpenter ants while the house was empty and before my family (including young child and several animals) moved in. However, the day we were scheduled to meet them at the house, we received a call stating that they had already been to the house and sprayed only the exterior and would not be meeting us later in the day. I was assured that we could request their return as they have a 30 day guarantee. After moving into the house, it was clear the carpenter ant issue was not addressed adequately. They responded promptly to my call and sent someone out quickly who was knowledgeable and helpful. He also addressed a newly-identified mouse issue and was very patient with my questions. Unfortunately, I'll be calling them one more time as the carpenter ant issue has not resolved. We'll see how it goes!

They were prompt, and were punctual. Reasonably priced, and the service was great.

It didn't go so well. Provider addressed the ant problem but did not address the root cause of the mouse problem, as I was assured they would prior to hire. Instead traps were set, not all were checked upon follow-up visit, foundational holes were left unfilled, and excuses were provided - all while failing to address the root cause (entry point, etc) of the mouse problem. During visit, provider told me that finding and addressing mice entry point into my home was "like finding a needle in a haystack". Had I known this prior to hire I would have not have hired this provider. Upon service completion I contacted the provider to express my dissatisfaction. Provider took care of the customer in a professional way, refunding a portion of the fee to compensate for aforementioned service issues. While I would not hire this provider for mice control in the future, they did a good job with ant control and were very prompt in their communication. They called me back very quickly and showed up to the job site when they said they would. I think this issue stemmed from a lack of communication on the part of the provider and a lack of clear expectations.

I was unable to be at home during that time, but the team called me when they were in route and again when the job was completed. No interruptions for either my family or surrounding homes. I was able to schedule via email and a short followup email. They asked me to mark the spot for them and made sure I did not disturb the nest in any way. Very professional with clear instructions.

Showed up quickly and performed service on a home I am having renovated. They called when they reached the house and re-contacted me with details of what they did and gave me a recommendation to have a section of wood in my utility replaced.

I continue to use these guys because they are super responsive and consistently do a great job. I called them up in the morning when I noticed I had a few ants roaming, and they indicated that while they were fully booked, they would be willing to come in the evening that day. Super nice guys that know great customer service.

I HATE spiders, so we needed someone to provide monthly service. We tired a national company, but quickly got fed with the constantly changing technicians, appointment times, etc. Chagrin Valley Pest Control was the first local exterminator we tried. That was nearly 10 years ago, and we've been using them ever since. They are reliable and do their best to keep my home 'spider free,' making sure to spray the garage, deck, basement storage rooms, etc. Curtis, our longtime technician, is fabulous! He puts up with our menagerie of dogs, accomodates our hectic schedules by coming Saturday mornings, always calls first, occasionally reminds me that we bi-monthly treatments would be just as effective, and smiles with understanding when I ask if he could please continue coming each month anyway. I would recomend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

They did a great job. They followed through and did not leave me hanging. They call you back right away and they did what you would expect from other companies.

They are a great company. We had a problem with ants and they treated once and said to wait a while. If we will still have a problem, they will come back and treat with no additional cost. We really like them.

He was always really prompt in getting to my house and when he was there, he was not there very long. He did a really thorough job.

They came out and they had to spray up inside the soffit that over hangs on our house; we have big ones because it is a ranch house. They suited up and did that, but that didn’t work. He said they leave chemicals behind that attract other bees. Even though we can kill most of them or all of them, other ones are going to move in and keep chewing on our house. They came out again at no charge a second time and sprayed. It still didn’t work. They were there last year too. Our house is probably full of little holes. They were fine. The price seemed a little high; I don’t know what the going rates are. It killed some of the adults, and I think the juveniles patched out and took over.

They did a good job. They were able to do the work in a timely fashion. They were able to solve a difficult problem.

They come and I do not see any bugs; that is the best part. They are great, I would use them again.

My overall experience with them was pretty good. They came in promptly and were reasonably priced.

I used their services may be two months ago. I did not spend anything, I am a real estate agent and they conducted a pest inspection on behalf of one of my buyers. My experience with them was fine. I cannot think of anything that they could improve on. They were punctual and they showed up. They did what they were supposed to do and I think they were thorough. They are responsive.
