Description of Work: Destroyed 2 wasps nests on attached garage.

Description of Work: Removed 2 wasp nests and checked for presence of a nest in high spots I could not reach. Analyzed and determined possible entry points for mice coming in the basement; set mice baits and a few traps. Technician made a follow-up visit to check the bait stations and traps (part of the service). I caulked outside where mice entry was suspected, and this seems to have solved the problem for now. Overall, a good experience with good results.

Description of Work: Chagrin Valley Pest called back within about an hour of my message, and came out that afternoon. They inspected the bee problem we were having and were very professional and informative. He did the job exactly as he said he would. I couldn't ask for better.

Description of Work: The Service Representative was professional and punctual. He sprayed for spiders and ants. He sprayed inside and outside. He indicated that he would come back if there was a need. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. I would hire this company again. They have done work for us before. That is why I called them.

Description of Work: We were overrun with tiny ants so I called Chagrin Valley Pest Control in to take care of the problem for me. They were very responsive, came to my home promptly, and took care of things for me. A couple of weeks following the initial spray we began spotting carpenter ants, and as soon as I called, Curtis came right back and sprayed some more.

Description of Work: During landscaping construction, our front steps were removed and carpenter ants were discovered. Within 4 hours, he came and sprayed for carpenter ants, as well as, treated 2 hornets nests we had in our grass. He was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.
