We found out about the nest this afternoon. Within an hour of my phone call, not only had he returned the call but he was at my house taking care of the yellow jackets. Excellent service! Thank you.

I had sprayed a yellow jacket nest outside the house and didn't realize that they were in the wall behind the fireplace and they started to swarm into the house through some holes around the fireplace. I plugged the holes, swatted the ones in the house and sealed off the fireplace doors, only to find that no one would come out to help me finish the job. I called another company on the list that also had 24 hr. emergency service listed but they never called me back. I will be doing a report on them in a minute.

He was very prompt and very helpful. He did not take too long, but was very thorough. He cleaned up after himself, and was quite knowledgeable. He offered some good advice as well as good follow-up. They did their job well, and I was very pleased with them.

Amazingly well. He came very quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly and did the extermination job efficiently.

On two separate occasions, Robbie returned my phone calls and talked to me about my moth/beetle/larvae problems I was having in my basement. Unfortunately, it is a problem that his company does not address since finding the food source for these bugs can be an extensive process as well as the constant treatment due to their life cycle. But he was upfront and very helpful with recommendations on how to get rid of the bugs.

I have had a good experience with them so far. I called them Saturday morning and he was able to come out Saturday evening. He came out right when he said that he would. I was impressed that he was able to squeeze me in because he seemed to be very busy. He told us when he was leaving that there was more stops that he had to make that night after us. I think that his prices are a little bit high, but the work he has done seems to be working.

They showed up promptly, set up their high tech traps. Haven't seen any since. All is good.

The first Angie's List referral I called today had a good price (plus a $10 discount due to the List referral), but wasn't available until next week. I called CVPC to get a competitive rate/schedule, and spoke with owner Robbie Saks who stopped by about an hour later, assessed my bee situation, and was able to treat the issue immediately. The cost was higher than my first contact but the service was immediate. I run an in-home daycare; immediate pest control is important. I was delighted with the company's responsiveness, professionalism, and I like supporting a local business.

They were very responsive, and very punctual. He was very polite and knowlegeable. Unfortunately, they no longer do termites.

Through no fault of his own, he was not able to complete the job when he came out. They offer a three month follow-up call with no charge. Since my three months would be in January, Curtis offered to come when the weather warmed up and make that my follow-up call. I felt this was above and beyond the call of duty and very good customer service.

The company was quick to respond to our call. Very accommodating: no problem to schedule the exterior spray of our house for yellow jackets while we were on vacation. Did not see any yellow jackets all season.

The company was prompt and came at the time they said they would. They knew what they were doing. The price was based on the size of the house.

We were experiencing ants both inside and outside of our home. We called Robbie and he came out within 2 hours and sprayed the outside perimeter of our house. We have had minimal ants since then. He also took care to use a product that would dry quickly so our toddler would not be harmed by the chemicals.

I left a message about our situation, and my call was returned within five minutes. We set up an appointment. On the scheduled day, the serviceman called about an hour before the appointment to confirm that he would arrive as scheduled, which he did. He was knowledgeable and professional, and explained everything thoroughly. He spent plenty of time treating all rooms in the house, and he was especially thorough in the areas of the bedroom where the ants were most frequently observed. He explained what to expect and told me to call CVPC back if any ants were seen after a two-week period. He also said that the treatment was guaranteed for three months, which will last into warmer weather, so CVPC will return if needed and treat the outside of the house as well. I was impressed that the serviceman voluntarily removed his shoes when he entered the house so as not to track snow into the house. He also reassured me when I questioned whether the treatment was safe for our pets. Ants are gone!

When I made the phone call the answering machine said someone would call back. Within one minute that did happen and the owner said someone who was working in my area would call me. That also happened within one minute of time. They then came out and did an excellent job, showed us where we had another bee problem that we didn't even know about. Their service was excellent and they were wonderful to deal with--told us if we had any more problems they would come out free of charge. Two days later some of the bee's did return and I made the call and out they came and that was the end of our bee problem.

I left a message on the voice mail and Rob got back to me promptly and told me that Curtis would call and let me know when he would be out. I got a call from Curtis early the next morning and he was at the house at about 8:15 AM and took care of the problem. Later on in the day I got a follow up call from Rob saying that if I saw any more activity to call and let them know.

Robbie came out the same day and explained everything. He seems very knowledgeable and was helpful. We are in a brand new home and thought the ants were coming from the woods next door, but he told us that they are common in this area.

Robbie was extremely responsive and personable. I was no-showed by another company and stuck waiting in our empty new house. I called Robbie based on another recommendation and he happened to be in the area and was able to stop by in an hour and immediately perform the work. Further, his price was about half the estimate of the other company. So far I am very happy with the results. I was not able to locate him on Angie's List -- I can't believe no one else has reported on him. Would definitely recommend based on my initial experience.
