Saw CertaPro of Chagrin Falls on Angies list. Great ratings. Note these are independent companies so i think this report only relates to CertaPro of Chagrin. The bid was fair.. Not highest , not lowest. They did a great job. Sam the supervisor was on the job every day. Quaility of the work was excellent on a tough job (a 160 year old house, 5000 sqr foot Barn Home and a big garage) Would recommend them to anyone.

Owner, Job Foreman & all painters, did an exceptional, high quality job paying close attention to details and any requests or questions I had. The whole crew, was friendly, hard working and just plain nice to have around.

Superb service! I needed work done soon for personal reasons. The team, accommodated my schedule and needs with professionalism, amiability, patience and did a great job.

Representative came and gave us a quote. In a couple of weeks the work was scheduled. They were very professional. They called in advance to let me know when they were coming. They were very careful with the yard decor. The fence looks just beautiful. The price was excellent. They were punctual and continuously worked to complete the project.

It was quite well done. They gave me an estimate and they followed through on that estimate. They did a good job.

The Thompsons were absolutely professional. They worked so hard and did a picture perfect job. They are also a lot of fun to have around. We talked and laughed a lot when they were here.

They had issues with their staff and delayed the start of the project nearly two months. The project dragged on and on. They had to change crews twice. The quality of the work was average. They used some wrong paint, etc. Dave was always a pleasure to speak with, but I had to call him every time. His follow-up to ensure we were taken care of was virtually non-existent. I'm very sorry to write this review because I have enjoyed meeting and speaking with Dave. I just would not choose to do business with his company ever again.

They were good a lot of young people. Some of the guys were young and they were not as careful as I would like them to be.

Sam & his teammates, were always on time and worked hard all day. They cleaned up spot perfect and followed through well.

Dave was super responsive, showed up when he said he would, provided an AWESOME quote broken down by room and detailing the labor & materials, and got back to me via email within a day of my questions. His was the second highest quote of 4 that we received, and due to budget constraints we decided to go with a less expensive painter.

House is aluminum siding/brick. Had not been fully painted in >10 years. Crew did a very good job with prep, including extensive sanding/priming/calking. We repainted in original colors (white paint/black shutters). Clean-up was pretty good (windows were not cleaned at the end). My wife: "It looks just like it did before" - but a much cleaner version. Overall painting was very carefully done, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the prep and painting. The price seemed a bit high, but I was happy to have the job done before winter.

removed all waper two very large rooms, and then painter the ceilings, very higha a large bedrom and faily room with adjacent kitchen. Also was helpfull in color seelction and helped me find wallpaper. took approximately 4 1/2 days to complete job

Mr. Kevin, from Certapro of Chagrin Falls OH and his dad, came on time. They are very good at what they did. They were pleasant, friendly, informative and helpful. The work was excellent.

I thought they did a great job. They understood that I just wanted to get the paint to pass Shaker code and that it didn't need to be perfect. They held the price down and it passed just fine.
