It is ingrained in our training, from the office group to the production folks, that customer satisfaction is critical at every step of a project. We do not require a down payment, and we only collect a check when the homeowner has walked the project with our supervisor, indicated her satisfaction, and signed the proposal as complete. So it was a complete surprise to us when this review popped up. The project was completed 9 months ago and she did not respond to our normal survey calls. Since reading her comments here we have made three attempts to contact her to attempt to address her concerns, but we have received no response. Our Supervisor recalls that the homeowner was unhappy about being charged extra for several accent walls, despite the charges being clearly spelled out both at the estimate, and on the contract, so that could be the issue, but without feedback we have no way to understand the nature of her complaints, and frankly we question their legitimacy, particularly given the time lag for the response. But should she return our calls, we will be more than happy to return to her home, repair anything that isn't 100% to her satisfaction at no charge, with a different crew, and smiles on our faces.
