AUBURN BAINBRIDGE EXCAVATING

Our sump pump broke during heavy rains. I called the next morning for help. They responded quickly, came out that day and replaced the pump and improved the hook up. Very nice to deal with and I will use them again.

This was suppose to be a quick 1 day job - which turned into a full 2 day project. They started off by arriving more than an hour after their scheduled start time. The initial problem was they did NOT contact all of the utilities in advance. The only utilities company they contacted was the gas company. This was confirmed by the city and created a time problem. Secondly, after completion of the 2 day project, I asked for my bill to complete the transaction. I was told that Lou (the owner) would be in contact with me within a day or two. After repeated attempts I finally received a bill at the beginning of May. However, part of the bill included grading of the yard. This was to be completed within 8 weeks. I told Lou I will pay the bill in full after the completion of the grading. At which point I was contacted by his attorney. We are currently going on 12+ weeks and I have yet to have the job completed. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF QUALITY!!! I will never recommend this business to anyone looking for excavating work.

It has been a great experience so far. They have just been really helpful in talking about the possibilities and laying out the options and telling and explaining to us what they are going to do.
