+ -1 moreI RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL THAT WAS HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS. A FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OFFERING A DIFFERENT HIGHER QUOTE. THE CALLER ASKED WHO ELSE WE WERE RECEIVING ESTIMATES FROM, & MADE DISPARAGING REMARKS ABOUT THE COMPETITORS, AND ACTED IN A VERY IMMATURE MANNER, TRIED TO USE SCARE TACTICS TO KEEP ME FROM CONSIDERING A COMPANY THAT'S BEEN WELL RATED BY BOTH ANGIE'S LIST & THE BBB. BROUGHT UP POTENTIAL THREATS TO MY SAFETY, & THEN HUNG UP ON ME. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHICH EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN SO THOROUGHLY RUDE. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA WHO CALLED, OR WHO IN THEIR OFFICE MIGHT HAVE ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNCONCERNED WITH HOW I HAD BEEN TREATED. THE MORE I SPOKE WITH THEM, THE MORE I WAS CONVINCED OF THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF WHO ACCESSES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, OR WHO COMES TO YOUR HOME TO GIVE ESTIMATES.

+ -1 moreSHE WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATES AND SAID THEY WERE BACKED UP, BUT IT WOULD BE ABOUT TWO WEEKS. IN FACT IT WAS AS CLOSE TO TWO WEEKS AS THEY COULD BE.
