Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with computer, contacted Dell to arrange repair parts and dealt with their tech support. Told me where to purchase additional Ram at a good price, and installed it. Very professional.

 + -1 moreThey were fantastic about communicating what they were going to do and why they needed to do it. They were very knowledgeable about their product. They came to me instead of me having to take my computer in to them.
Description of Work: They cleaned the hard drive on my computer and ran a full diagnostic test. They also put a virus protection on it.

 + -1 moreFantastic! He really knows what he is doing, and is a pleasure to deal with. This was much better than dealing with less personalized services like PC on Call, which solve the problem you hired them for but don't go above and beyond. Jeff thinks about your needs and how you use your computer, and really has a lot to offer. I am sure I will call him the next time I have a problem.
Description of Work: I was having trouble accessing the internet from my home network. Jeff worked with me first by phone, but eventually came out to the house and figured out the problem. He also helped me set up remote access to my home computer from work and spyware protection. He told me that he wouldn't charge me for the first visit, so I could see what he had to offer.
